"Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. They will reply, but there's nothing they're actually able to help you with. Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door. Facilities it self are good, once you're able to survive the checkin. I would not book this again however. Worst...

"Traveling to Brazil and I would assume other South American countries bring its own challenges for what Americans are use to. Hotel was really nice. You are asked not to flush your toilet paper though. The toilet has a bidet with it. It has two pools. One on the 4th floor and one on the 39th floor. The 39th is a Infiniti pool. We also were in room 1208 and we could hear the elevators going up and down throughout the night. It wasn't bad but it was always present. Ghe best part about this hotel was the breakfast buffet. 10 out of 10. Worth every penny or should I say Reals! The staff were 10 out of 10 as well. Maybe even 11 out of 10! Super helpful. The concierge was great as well. We were trying to book our visit to "Sugar Loft" and because he thought it might rain he had us wait to to book it to make sure we didnt water our money even though it cost him the booking temporarily. It didn't rain and we booked it the next day. Really enjoyed our stay other than the things I mentioned."
