The property is excellent for families with kids. Spacious room, excellent service and great food! You can find kids friendly facilities everywhere. Moreover, Butler Service is awesome. Great Stay

Great stay over 5 nights. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Room and amenities were just what we needed. Check in had a slight bump when the hotel had a differing record as compared to what we booked on Hotels.com. Was resolved pretty quickly though. Also, after day 2, the hotel provided one child’s breakfast for free instead of making us pay for that fifth person (with the other four of us free) - since we were staying for 5 nights.

I reserved 4 days for this trip. I arrived on February 26, and I want to cancel 27 reservation only because I was invited by my friend go to another place. But the hotel manager said he can't change. If I changed, I must go back your hotel.com. System. I don't know that is your rules or they're excuse? Eventually, I paid 700RMB but I don't use.

这并非第一次入住Holiday Inn, 但是是我注册完会员后的第一次入住，因为是其他网站的会员积分换的一晚酒店，所以并没有在IHG上面预订。但是遇到了我这么多次旅行中最烂的一间酒店。虽然酒店的硬件上各方面都很好，包括环境 装修 房间 清洁度，但是服务确实糟糕到不能再糟糕. 首先是前台check-in，礼宾部很及时的帮我拿了行李，放到一条队伍上让我等候排队，期间我前面只有一个顾客在办理入住手续，我后面并无其他顾客等候。当轮到我的时候，工作人员告知我并非精英会员不可以排这条队，但我说是礼宾部引导我排这里的，而且行李也都放在这边了后面也都没有人可否在这边办理，但是工作人员非常坚决的反对，要求我一定要换隔壁的柜台，于是我只能带着一堆行李去旁边的柜台。 其次是大堂吧，我在大堂吧消费了2次，给我的经历就是10台左右的顾客，但是只有2个工作人员，一杯咖啡需要等超过半个小时，而且刷完卡之后，签账单掉地上了，工作人员看到但是就直接走了。 然后最糟糕的就是岭南中餐厅了，当晚进去的时候，工作人员A告知没位置了，需要等，但是我进去了发现有一张空台没人坐，一张台还没有收拾。我发现有空台后，工作人员B告诉我可以坐下，坐下后另一个工作人员C告诉我这张台不可以坐，我问为什么，他说就是不可以坐，然后B说可以坐外面的台，但是坐下之后发现没有等，然后当班经理进来告诉我们外面不能坐没有灯（但是我们吃到一半的时候发现外面是有灯的而且有人在那里坐着，并非经理说的没灯）.然后经理要求我们在门口等要等他们收拾好桌子再进去，这一收拾就15分钟以上，后来发现里面只有9张台的顾客，但是超过了9个工作人员，只有一个是真正在做事的，其他都在假装很忙，端着东西从厨房出出进进但是基本没人留守大厅。经理告知用餐需要等40分钟，但是进去发现根本没有完全坐满，很难想象为什么要等这么久。其中对面桌子收拾台面的那个人每次就收拾一两样东西进去，收拾了好多次才收拾完。上菜也是非常糟糕，我么点了双人套餐，等上菜了还没上碗具，催了两次才上了水壶，菜单是茶两位，其实是白开水而已。闷鸭锅里面全都是骨头，基本没有肉。就算吃完饭都还没有摆好餐垫。要求买单的时候，发现整个餐厅没有一个工作人员，要叫了很久才有人出来。然后旁边的一桌俄罗斯家庭，点了几个炒饭跟汉堡估计等了超过半小时都还没好，已经非常愤怒，要求餐厅送他几瓶啤酒当赔罪。另一边的华裔家庭，比我们早进来，等到我们吃完他们还没上齐菜，只上了两个炒饭，他们已经非常愤怒不想吃剩下还没上的饭菜了。然而对面比我们迟来的一对夫妇，由于点了价格贵的龙虾套餐，上菜速度非常的快，在我们吃完都上齐了，而华裔家庭才上了一半的菜。这种服务态度别说三星酒店，连外面的大排档都比你们的好！！！

只能說我輸了的一間酒店

大堂櫃位員有一個員工,而且工作速度很慢,整間酒店都有怪怪味道,房間的電視全是雪花看不到,洗手間會有奇怪異味散發,用餐大堂的地板有蟑螂屍體,服務員完全沒有處理,酒店一帶沒有其他食飲設施,酒店唯一可取之處就只是離機場很近,價錢是便宜但我不會再來.

OK for stay and going around

Location is average in Sanya Bay. Close to the airport and taxi fare is not high. Quite a distance to city centre but bus routes are convenient and cheap. Watch out for bus services as some routes close early at around 7pm and some routes do not go beyond to hotel's area after 4pm. Hotel is a bit old but still clean and comfortable. Pool is good. The beach outside is beyond our expectation. It was small and no water activities suitable. Food provided by the hotel is average but price is reasonable. Hotel's website mentioned about Spa and massage services but there were none! Hotel staff told the Spa centre was closed last year! Very disappointed.

不錯的酒店

附近沒有其他吃的地方,要走十分鐘才有.酒店去市區的免費接駁巴士,每天只有一班出去,一班回來,太少了!希望會增加班次.酒店的餐廳很貴!酒店的位置靠近海邊的!服務員也很nice,有問題也會解答.酒店是不錯的選擇,很適合渡假,我們的房間是面向鳳凰國際機場的,雖然不是面向海邊,但下次還會再來住宿.

A nice stay

Hotel locates at quiet area with a nice beach. Can see sun rise and sun set on the beach. There is bus stops right outside the hotel. Buses go to the downtown or some travel spots. Hotel have a good swimming pool and have some quiet small areas which provide adults having relaxing rest. Good buffet breakfast. The hotpot and seafood buffet dinner is fair with not so fresh seafood.

Good for relaxing and beach access

The hotel is a good place to relax by the pool and go to the beach. It is not in the heart of the action and restaurants are limited. It is about, because of traffic, 20-30 minutes by taxi to the action. So, if you are looking to be in the busy activities stay closer to Phoenix Island or Yalong Beach. But, If you are looking to relax in a quiet atmosphere with a nice pool then this hotel is great.

Execellent hôtel de détente eu bord de mer

bel hotel près de la plage. très grande chambre vue mer. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié,bons services, staff à la réception serviable parlant anglais Dépôt de garantie demandé élevé ( 1000 rmb pour 2 nuits) Il a fallu négocier longtempspour faire baisser le dépöt à 500 rmb . Inconvénient: très loin de toute supérette. Restaurants dans l'hotel chers ,donc obligation de prendre le taxi pour sortir le soir.Les chauffeurs tentent alors tous de vous orienter vers des restaurants qu'ils connaissent et pour lesquels ils touchent des commissions donc prudence. Mais dans l'ensemble les points positifs prévalent et si vous venez pour le farniente et la plage , surtout si vous avez des enfants car l'hôtel a même une garderie pour les petites têtes blondes ALORS CET HOTEL comblera vos désirs

Hôtel bien pour la famille.très grande piscine, plage juste à proximité. rien d'intéressant à proximité de l'hôtel. Aéroport à côté avec nuisances sonores. Mais dans l'ensemble rapport qualité prix pour Sanya très correct.
