「Dinner was great, but unfortunately public areas were cold. Room was really cold and took a long time to warm up. Felt like it had not been used for a while and the separate loo was very smelly and made the whole room smell. Am sure it is lovely in the summer 」

「Although I had booked two prepaid rooms, I didn’t actually stay here. When I checked in, the location, grounds, reception area and the rooms I was shown were so run down and in dire need of renovations, I left and found alternative accommodation. The hotel did not refund any money.」
