The Lady work on front desk is very rude. i get an executive room and i got a basic room. for price of Executive. Only put 1 towel in my room, hair dryer not work. no iron available and if i get borrow an iron she charge me extra. But the worst part is the service. just very bad attitude. like lady as slow as business was and your bad reviews, why be mean? go find another job. Terrible experience. Many other good hotels to pick.

The room was clean and spotless but the platform bed was a tripping hazard. The staff was friendly and attentive and the breakfast was quite filling. The view of the Caldera was second to none!

Excellent view of the Caldera. Rooms were ok. Had a rat in our room that started nibbling our snacks. No help bringing our luggage to the room and out of the room.

Todo muy bien, lo bueno: la vista y las habitaciones, el bar y el Desayuno espléndido. Lo no tan bueno: muchas escaleras (todo santorini), el checkin es muy temprano (11:00 am) El servicio del personal es muy bueno En la descripcion dice que hay alberca, pero NO HAY ALBERCA. En general muy bien, buena relación calidad precio.

Trop cher et très déçus

L'hôtel est bien situé, à côté de tous commerces et restaurants et offre une vue incroyable sur la Caldeira. Le petit-déjeuner n'est absolument pas sous forme de buffet (comme il est noté dans le descriptif de l'hôtel). Il s'agît d'un plateau. Nous sommes restés 9 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons eu le même petit-déjeuner chaque matin...Pas un changement! Abricots au sirop, céréales au chocolats et corn flakes, du cake industriel, oeufs brouillés + champignons + lard (quasiment froid chaque matin), fromage blanc. Notre chambre était située entre le local à balais et la pièce réservée au personnel de ménage. Pas très agréable d'être asssis sur notre terrasse et d'avoir le personnel de l'hôtel qui passe sans cesse devant nous avec sacs poubelles à la main, balais, serpillières... il s'agit de la chambre 12, celle-ci est à proscrire et ne devrait même pas être louée! Nous avons demandé un changement de chambre... ce qui a été fait après avoir insisté un peu. La piscine était inexistante...puisqu'elle était vide! A notre grande surprise! En conclusion, vous payez essentiellement la vue! Nous sommes déçus de cet hôtel qui vend du rêve dans son descriptif... petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet (qui n'en est pas), piscine (qui n'a pas d'eau), terrasse de la chambre (partagée avec le personnel de ménage). Nous avons payé bien trop cher pour trop peu de prestations.

Tough hotel to critique! - I’m split. PROS - The view, Spectacular!! - Breakfast included, very good and convenient - Location, Heart of Fira! CONS - THE STAIRS (your room may have anywhere between 20 - 146 steps each turn), then add the steps in town… be ready! - No Pool - Towels, I got charged €45 because they deemed I ruined their towels. (Cash grab)

Beautiful location but make sure the pool is fixed before you book. Total disappointment to not have a pool when every hotel in the area has a pool. We were never told and everyone was upset about it too.

This property was a mess. The views are beautiful but we also booked this because of the pool. The pool was closed the entire time we were there and this was not communicated to us before arriving when they knew it would be closed during our stay. Our room also had no hot water and ants. We then were switched to another room that had no wifi. We were also called into the lobby about our towels being dirty after using them, but they’re dirty towels? I believe we were the only people here and I can see why. Will not be returning and am requesting a partial refund.

The view and the amenities of the hotel are amazing!!! The only thing that I don’t like a lot it’s the stairs for get to the hotel, but it’s the price that you have to pay for that incredible view of the center of the city❤️

This is a no frills property. And if you can’t do stairs, don’t book here. We booked knowing that there were a lot of stairs. To get to our room was over 100 stairs. But the view was spectacular and right in the heart of Santorini. the breakfast was good but very limited selections; again, a no frills property. If you have rolling luggage, you can get assistance but only during certain hours, so be mindful of that. We used the pool and it was great. The price definitely is in line for what you get. The staff were very helpful.
