Good value hotel twenty mins walk from beach

We thought this hotel provided very good value for the price. We got a fridge,free WiFi, good breakfast and good staff. It is an older hotel but kept in a good ,clean condition. We would stay here again. Thanks Perissa

Very small room, no space to move around! Paid for 4 persons. Room should have bigger! Bathroom condition is not good! Broken tile at the front. I don’t think I booked this room. Photos of different room were shown during booking. Expedia should delist this property.

disgusting, smelly rooms with no windows in a basement. dirty sheets with hair all over. you do not get what for and the site does not solve your issue we left the hotel after first night because we could not bear the smell and no windows

Perilous hotel Perissa

We only stayed in our room for 4 hours and that was 4 hours to long. The room was filthy and so were the utensils. Likewise the bathroom looked like it had never been mopped. If we had arrived during the day we would have booked alternative accommodation or have given the room a good clean. The staff were rude and we have never encountered this in all the holidays we have spent in Greece. This is the first time I have wrote a negative review but I would feel sorry for anybody who would have to stay for a longer period.

Hôtel très bien pour dormir Restaurant très bien Piscine très bien Bien placé mais prévoir une location de voiture plus pratique pour se déplacer il y en a juste à côté de l’hôtel Personnel très bien Juste des problèmes pour la douche trop chaude ou pas d’eau!!

Bon on en a presque pour notre argent La chambre était vraiment exigue pour 3 et la salle de bain assez vieillotte Le plus désagréable reste en effet l'accueil ne vous attendez pas à être reçu avec engouement lol petit déjeuner hors de prix pour ce qu'on vous propose passez votre chemin et descendez à Perissa

Slitet hotell men vad kan förvänta sig av 2 stjärnor . Poolen var ok, rummen var slitna och obekväma sängar. Fick ingen städning av rummet sista dagen då vi checkade ut natten mot nästkommande dag. Långt i från stranden endast en restaurang i närheten. Hotellet hade ok mat, mindre rätter. Bil är nästen ett krav.

Super hôtel avec grande piscine Personnel au top nous avons été accueillies par John,et sa maman Merci a federico pour les transferts en camionnettes! Merci à Mario le barman pour sa bonne humeur! La nourriture de l'hôtel est bonne ( surtout les gyros!) La chambre d’hôtel était propre, la femme de menage très souriante A 15min a pied vous tomber sur la plage perissa Vous allez passer de bons moments foncez!

A very nice stay

I was very pleased with the services, the location and cleanliness of the hotel, the owner offer transfer from and to the airport, pool bar restaurant in operation and in good prices, a very friendly family business, I recommend 100%. The only little problem was the bathroom door did not close properly, overall I was very pleased!

Un lugar cercano a Playa Perissa y a la estación de buses hacia Fira. El personal es muy cordial desde el momento que te reciben en el aeropuerto. El restaurante tiene muy buena comida a precios accesibles.

La posizione del hotel e ottima,la struttura è molto carina e rispecchia molto lo stile greco. Per chi si sa adattare e ottimo. Ci vorrebbe solo un po’ di pulizia in più e una rinnovata ai bagni per il resto è ottimo per quello che costa ne vale la pena!!! Il personale e anche molto gentile e socievole.

Rustic, clean & pleasant staff. The hotel is basic apts we had room 46 (with proper balcony). Other apt’s seem to be one bedroom room with toilet/shower so the extra space & privacy helps. The pool & bar area are nice but sun beds need replaced as many broken. (However, given nature of current circs guest numbers aren’t there to merit change but needed for when things return to norm). Bedroom basic with stone floored bed with mattress on top not the most comfortable. Plus side , free airport pick up & return , air con & a lockable safe type cupboard, full size fridge. The hotel is a distance from Perrisa & beach at least 15-20 mins & similar up hill to village Emporeio (visit and have a walk round to castle & church quaint walk as is the village of Megalochori) Supermarket a 2 min walk & Platis grill is nice simple food and best house wine bargain 4.5 euros. theonis coffee shop opposite supermarket good for simple breakfast. Hotel caters as well and what we had was good. While we enjoyed stay primarily as hotel was quiet & uncrowed sadly its not one for us to run back to. It’s Greece as we remember 30 years ago & would want more comfort , Kamari seems a nicer more modern resort & would recommend. So thanks to Freddy and the team we enjoyed our stay. If it’s rustic this is for you.
