The Chic hotel in front of the desk staff service is not good. We order the Chic Suite,Caldera View(Outdoor Hot Tub) in Hotels. But the staff lead us to a small room(No.7) Told us this is our room. After we check the booking details the room is different with Hotels pictures. The staff told to us:The outdoor hot tub room have 3 type, and it’s “random” you couldn’t choose when you booking on the Hotels. After we discuss with the staff.He finally gave us the No.2 room.(Becuase we booking the No.1 room it’s had other guest) The Chic hotel have the best view in Santorini. Especially Sunset view very very very best,When you in the hot tub enjoy the wonderful sunset view. You will feel why the Santorini Sunset is the best in the world. If we stay original booking room type.in we the Chic hotel can show they have how many style outdoor room provide to guest to choose,I think it’s will perfec

说实话，这个价格，我不明白酒店怎么定的，完全不值得！我们花了一千多人民币订的酒店，看到房间的时候，别说多失望了！！500都不值得！可能是由于花更少的钱住的比这好多的原因，在圣岛我绝对推荐另一家" Andromeda Villas", 跟这家相比，实在实在是太太太划算了！！早餐少的可怜，房间还很多餐厅，房间小的可怜，设施陈旧，位置一般，反正不推荐！！

Even before we step in to the reception the view was already breathtaking! Upon arrival Dimitry welcomed us and informed us with everything needed. He assisted us with everything we asked for great customer service! In the morning we met Jona (mgr) accommodated us and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast attendants were very on point and on time (wish we got their names) everyone is always smiling and attentive to every request we had. Amazing staff is what brought out stay more enjoyable! The hotel alone is perfect, very clean room, cant find the exact word to describe the view, sunset 100% this is the only trip we had where we were able to relax and sometimes wished we could just stay in the hotel. Wished everyone who stayed here gave a great review to show how this is the “Chiciest” hotel in Santorini! Everything a guest needs is here! Thank you for the great service and accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The employees were friendly. This is a great town to visit in Santorini. It is a lot less crowded than Oia and Fira, but the views are still great. The only negative was the pool. The pool is beautiful, but the water is freezing. It would be great if the pool was heated.

We had a brilliant stay at the Chic Hotel - the views of the Caldera are amazing, the rooms very comfortable and staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast brought to your room every morning was delicious and such a treat to sit outside and take in the view. Would also recommend a trip to Sea Side for some beach time. Thank you Jana and team for a wonderful stay!

We chose this property specifically for the private Jacuzzi on the balcony, which we paid for. However, upon arrival, we found that the Jacuzzi was not functioning, the water was dirty, and the hotel stated it could only be repaired in March 2025. Additionally, the hotel staff was unaware that my airport transfer was included, which I found unprofessional. While they attempted to resolve the issue by offering another room with an indoor Jacuzzi, it was over-chlorinated, and the water did not heat properly.

Le réceptionniste du soir est tellement désagréable! Il est venu dans ma chambre vouloir me parler et il avait un achat en sa compagnie je lui ai fais comprendre que j’avais peur et que je préférais que nous parlons au téléphone. Il m’a dit je m’en fou madame je ne suis pas là pour vous protéger si vous avez peur je m’en fou . J’ai été tellement choqué que j’ai appelée le numéro de la réception et je lui ai demander si je lui avais dis quelque chose de mal , je me sentais tellement en insécurité que j’ai voulu changer d’hôtel la même nuit .

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views, remarkable rooms, and a spendid staff. Customed breakfasts personally served on the spacious terraced balconies made for most memorable starts to each day. A variety of hot tubs on the terraces and in some of the rooms made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. All of the staff were friendly, gracious, and accommodating. They were exceptionally knowledgeable and adeptly helped us with numerous arrangements and advice.
