I enjoyed staying at the Monarch. It is the best hotel in the Dagupan area and you cannot beat the price either. My mom was wheel-chair bound and the staff were very professional and accommodating in helping her.

My wife and I are retired and spend much of our time travelling and staying in differnt hotels. By far, Star Plaza has been the most consistently best hotel we have stayed in.
