"I have to start by saying that this place is a GEM. From the moment you walk in and you feel the five star treatment. The staff will greet you and they will speak your language, either Spanish or English. They are extremely helpful and they assist you planning any tours, event, research and everything to make it a five star treatment. The room is so clean, that you do not want to undo the bed. They clean the room once or twice daily and they leave your random notes and the weather for the next day and chocolates. The 24 hour bar that is served by the front desk staff as well makes it a lot easier. They are very personable and care for their guest. Highly recommend."

Situated right on Plaza Mayor, the location couldn’t be more perfect — you’re in the middle of everything, with the city’s energy right at your doorstep. My room was an absolute highlight. With a view overlooking the plaza, it struck a beautiful balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Everything looked exactly as pictured online — no surprises, just a genuinely gorgeous space. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable, making for two very restful nights. The staff deserve a special mention. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond throughout my stay. When I mentioned that my room near the front desk was a little noisy at night, they kindly provided me with earplugs — a small gesture, but one that made a real difference. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines an unbeatable location, beautiful rooms, and staff who truly care, this is it. I would return in a heartbeat."

"Nice hotel at the historic center of Salamanca. We walked to the university and sites from here. The bed was comfortable, the hotel room was nice. The only thing is that they should provide a coffee machine in the bedroom or provide coffee at the dining room at 7:00 AM. The property offers parking. The Staff was great!"
