「当日の予定が崩れ、少し早めに到着し荷物を預かって欲しいと伝えると臨機応変に対応してくれ、特別に早めのチェックインをさせてくれた。スタッフの方も優しく笑顔で対応してくれて感謝。部屋も清潔でまるでノヴァーラの我が家にいるようでした。目の前に駅までのバス、そしてスーパーマーケットがあり便利です。また訪れたいです。」

Me sentí totalmente robado por ustedes. Hable 10 o mas veces con expedia, que me dijeron que seguro harian el reembolso. Y el hotel solo contesto como robot. De ya te cobré y no les importó nada. Los considero abusivos, y si les digo que solo me robaron mi dinero. Lean sus letritas que te van a robar y no te haran ningun...
