Disappointed.

We were disappointed with our choice. I do not recommend this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Staff does not speak English. They also did not show-up when we checked-out, so a housemaid had to accept our payment (it was a challenge for her). 2. Room and bathroom is badly equipped and smelled, and is really very cold. In the morning it was +12C in the room. They did not give us heaters, so we had to sleep with 2 levels of clothes. 3. Breakfast is very bad - bread and margarine, small glass of juice and coffee. That's all. Bad quality of all, except juice. 4. Our room was much worse, than rooms on photos. If I see our room earlier - I would not stay there.

No repetiremos mas en este hotel, el hotel se encuentra al lado de un parque, nuestra habitacion se encontraba enfrente de un parque que por la noche suelen frecuentar jovenes fumando y precisamente no tabaco,tuvimos que dormir con la ventana cerrada del olor que subia a nuestra habitacion porque justo debajo de la ventana hay unos bancos donde se sientan a fumar,no tiene ningun tipo de insonoracion se escucha todo de las habitaciones y de la calle, la cama muy incomoda muy antiguo todo,el desayuno muy flojo nada de lo que destacar, hay mejores hoteles por el precio que tiene en santillana

Muy buen hotel para visitar Santillana del Mar

Muy buen hotel y muy bien ubicado. Con posibilidad de aparcar sin costo adicional que es valioso para Santillana del Mar. Muy próximo al centro antiguo y la zona turística, para poder ir caminando. El desayuno con bastante variedad y el personal muy servicial. Es un hotel con cierta antiguedad, reformado seguramente hace algunos años, pero donde todo funciona bien. Para la zona muy buena relación calidad/precio.

A pleasant trip

An old hotel, staff were very welcoming. No air conditioning or fans in the room. Bathroom was very tiny with the smallest bath I've ever seen. Area is beautiful, well worth a visit.
