"The only thing going for it is being well located. Building is old. Room is old. Elevator is old. Bed is old. And the wifi hardly works in the room. There are better hotels within a block or two for the same price."

"Clean and comfortable. Our first room was a little noisy since this large city is very active during traffic hours. But we asked about the availability of a quieter room and were immediately given a room on the 16th floor, high above traffic and with a terrific view of the Santa Lucia park. The area was excellent with roof top bars, a grocery store and Lastarria district with street vendors and restaurants close by. The old town sites are within an easy walk. Excellent location."
