「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...

「I stayed a couple of nights at El Tuco Hotel and the private room was clean and comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. Coco the owner was also a gracious host with plenty of good information and advice about things to do and for my visit to Machu Picchu.」

The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings.
