Apartamento horrible y trato por parte de la dueña pésimo, es una mala educada y déspota. Después de pedirle cambio me dijo que no y me cobro la reserva completa sin autorización. ES UNA ESTAFA!!!!!

Ficamos no quarto 608. Horrível. Decoração horrorosa. Tudo muito velho. Fiação aparente por todo o quarto.Chegamos de madrugada, estava calor, e não conseguimos ligar o split. No dia seguinte, após fazer a reclamação, a administradora, por telefone , insinuou que não sabíamos ligar. Depois ela veio até o quarto e constatou que a tomada do split, que ficava escondida atrás de uma das camas, estava mal conectada.

Excelente atención de parte de la señora Eliana. Lugar con todas las comodidades, con excepción del ruido nocturno de equipos equipos de extracción de la zona (no del edificio), llega a ser un tanto insoportable. Wifi gratis y de buena calidad y todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable.

Great value in one of Santiago's best areas!

This is without any hesitation that I decided to return to Costanera VIP apartments after a great first stay. Perfect, personalized service and housekeeping, beautifully set-up furnished apartment with a nice view in a key location ... All this at an excellent value for money. Should I have the pleasure to return to Chile I will definitely stay there again!

Pretty, affordable serviced apt close 2 everything

Located in Las Condes, one of the best areas in Santiago, these serviced apartments are beautifully set-up and well equiped. Mine featured a huge balcony with beautiful view on the mountains. Though area is busy, the place remains silent when sliding doors to the terrace are closed. The place was very comfortable though bathroom and kitchen were a bit small. Manager Isao's support and service was absolutely exceptional. Housekeeping was perfect. A huge shopping mall as well as plenty of bars and restaurants are available around. I strongly recommend this place that has a very good value for money!

Cálida atención

Muy cálida atención, excelente ubicación y buen servicio de limpieza. La señora Liliana me hizo sentir como en casa, hasta me prestó un paraguas para que no me moje yendo al trabajo. Hubiera sido bueno contar con un sistema de calefacción más potente, pero volvería a alojarme allí sin duda :)
