Boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Very walkable and close to restaurants, and shops. Also, it is in close proximity to San Cristobal, Sky Costenara, and Cousino Macul Winery. The one and only concern was that one morning the sink in bathroom leaked a bit, but overall good stay. Complimentary breakfast was good also.

The rooms were very cozy and the cleanliness and good location of the hotel are amazing for the price that you pay. The people at the front desk were super welcoming and eager to help with anything that I might have needed. There was free breakfast in the morning and also a station to get coffee and tea, and they held onto my luggage for me the day I checked out so I could continue to explore the city. Amazing hotel!

Front desk was friendly, however: - on entry = no towels - safe was locked - needed assistance to open patio door - floor was dirty - on Day 3 = are you ever going to clean the room? = Ok, just leave your key at the front desk, and tell them?? - breakfast = artificial watered down juice Great location, just lousy service for a hotel.

Excelente custo-benefício. A localização é ótima, perto do metrô, perto de ótimos restaurantes, região segura. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos. O quarto é bastante confortável e a limpeza é impecável. O único ponto negativo (para o nosso caso) a ser mencionado é o Box do banheiro, o qual é baixo para pessoas acima de 1,80, mas o chuveiro é ótimo. O café da manhã tem ótimas frutas frescas, café passado, pães, frios…. Recomendo e voltaria!!

Bom custo benefício para poucos dias

A estadia foi boa, pra quem não via passar muito tempo no hotel, ele é ok. O quarto é bem pequeno, e a janela do nosso ficava de frente para o restaurante que tem no hotel, o que impossibilitava a abertura da mesma, nem sequer cortina podíamos abrir, pois dava pra ver tudo. O café da manhã era ok. O quarto estava bem limpo, cama confortável, bons travesseiros.

Bom custo benefício e boa localização

Achei muito boa a localização pois fica em uma rua tranquila, mas perto da estação de metrô. Os atendentes são solícitos e entendem o português o que facilitou muito a estadia. O café da manhã é simples, sem muita variedade, mas tinha tudo q fosse necessário ( pão, frutas, ovos, café, sucos).

El hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado. Habitaciones cómodas y acogedoras. Nos dejaron una habitación en la primera planta a pie de calle y al lado del restaurante del hotel. Pésima idea, se oía el ruido hasta tarde y por la mañana, no se puede descansar. Estuve por reunión de trabajo, solicité el cambio por este problema y no me dieron solución. El desayuno bueno, pero poca variedad de leches y cereales, sobre todo para aquellos con intolerancia.
