Hubo un canbio de departamento a otro edificio, lo cual fue muy incomodo. Las toallas no se cambiaron, salvo a requerimiento y solo una. Sàbanas con una rotura. No hay buen servicio. Lo positivo, buena ubicación. Lo pensaría antes de una nueva estadía.

GREAT, but follow the 72-hour notification rule!

This is NOT a hotel, but a building where owners rent out apartments. The apartment itself was great, but I had a lot of trouble checking in. No one spoke any English at the front desk. They would confirm that I was at the right address at the right time, but when I would mime checking in or getting a room, they would just kind of shrug and say, "No se." It was MY fault as I had failed to contact the owner 72 hours ahead of time to arrange when and where to meet as the instructions state on Hotels.com. Just make sure that you follow that rule, and I think you will be A-OK. When the owner finally came looking for me and let me in, the place was next to perfect, and for a super great price!

complete scam

The owner of this apartment never showed up to let us in. Only to be offered by the building security guards a place at another apartment in the same building for twice as much. Stay away from this!!
