Tried to contact prior to my departure- not very responsive. Was not able to check-in by 9:30pm but couldn’t reach anyone to let then know. Wasn’t able to get any money back.

No te dejan ocupar el estacionamiento si no se ha cancelado antes, pero no hay forma de estacionarse para subir a cancelar y poder utilizarlo! Las toallas tenían unas manchas negras y que hablar de las sabanas!!!! un asco.

Muy malo

Pésimo, para empezar, reservamos una habitación con aire acondicionado y no tenia. Segundo; el baño estaba malo, fueron "a arreglarlo" y quedó igual. Tercero, la televisión no funcionaba, ya que no tenía cable y la antena no funcionaba, ni siquiera se podían ver canales locales. Cuarto, la cama en pésimas condiciones, colchón viejo e incómodo. Lo único rescatable es la limpieza del lugar, fuera de eso... Nefasto.

O apart é muito bom. Ruim foi o serviço prestado no primeiro dia. Simplesmente nos mudaram de local, bastante distante, e queriam que aceitássemos a troca. Alegaram que o ap reservado não estava disponível. O suporte, em geral, foi ruim. Quanto ao ap, tudo organizado. Nada a reclamar, a não ser a internet que caía às vezes.

Problemas a mi parecer inaceptables abridor de botellas roto. Sin copas para vino o pisco. Ni ninguna fuente o sarten. La cama durisima colchón muy delgado te mueves y suena. Pero bien. Gracias!

Bad experience!!!

Firstly. On arrival the place is very hard to find. It is basically in a very large apartment complex. I asked at security for santiago suites and security (who spoke no English at all) directed me towards a door 20 metres down and said 8th floor. That door led to tower a and tower b both with 22 floors of residential apartments. After trying both 8th floors there was still no sign. I went back out and after another couple of minutes I managed to get room822 out of the security. I went up and knocked on the door and finally found the office. Check in was slow and when I went to pay by card they said there was a 19% charge for cards. I paid in cash. I got the code for our room which was on the top floor of the other tower so we lugged our bags over only to find the code didn t work. After another trip back and forth we finally got into our room, approx 45 mins after arriving. It is astonishing that there absolutely no signs for the office either at the entrance, in the building, in the lifts or even on the door of room822. The apt was fine but in disrepair (A/c didn t work properly, sliding door broken, shower head blocked, blinds broken) and the kitchen lacked vital things to make it worthwhile using it (e.g. any cleaning equipment, dish cloths etc). To make matters worse the electricity in the building went out from 9pm to 8am on our last night (although presumably that wasn't their fault). Location is good but otherwise would not recommend .

O quarto era moderno e estava em perfeitas condições, o lugar tem ótima localização, apenas 2 quadras do metro, ao lado de um supermercado e perto de parques. O apartamento possui todos os itens para cozinhar, incluindo forno e microondas. Único problema q tive foi a conversão que eles fizeram do dolar para o peso chileno, muito alta (saiu mais de 20% mais caro por causa dessa conversão).

객실은 작으나 시설이 깨끗했고 24시간 리셉션이있어 문제를 바로 해결할구 잇었다 위치도 아르마스 근처라 편리했소 마트가 옆건물1층에 있어 생활하기 편했음 피트니스를 이용하려고 이곳을 예약했는데 기구가 2개밖에 없었고 모두 고장이 나있었다 부엌이 협소하였다

Maid service

Maid service would come and knock at 9-10am, I asked to not be bothered until after 12pm if possible would come every half hour until I just said please don't come back until tomorrow. This happened a few days, I did not like being bothered yet the maid kept coming back and then made a face when I told her not to return as in I had wasted her time.

Otimo local, no centro de Santiago; metrô perto; Bairro Bella Vista perto, fizemos tudo a pé. No quarto a única coisa que não funcionou foi o telefone para falar com o escritório, responsável pelo quarto; faltou mais utensilio de cozinha, como panela para cozinhar e fazer refeições. super tranquilo para dormir. Passa táxi direto na frente do hotel (não utilizamos) Recomendo!!

Well located, clean and comfortable rooms

Not easy to find the reception of the apartments. It is actually located in the opposite street. When checking in we had to pay CASH in USD or an additional 19% tax would be charged, notwitstanding our confirmed direct booking via hotels.com. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, good price value!

Atendimento excelente, ótima localização.

A equipe sempre me atendeu com rapidez. O gás do fogão não estava funcionando. Devido a isso eles me trocaram de apartamento assim que solicitei. Os quartos tem aquecedor e ar condicionado. Também não sabia utilizar o cofre e eles mandaram imediatamente um funcionário para me explicar. Foi muito boa a estadia.

Bem localizado

Perto de várias atrações turísticas, bom prédio, bom apartamento. Tem um mercado ao lado e um bom equipamento de cozinha. As pessoas que nos atenderam foram bastante solicitas. Apenas um pequeno problema, em um dos dias, esqueceram de fazer a arrumação do quarto.
