Não é boutique

Não é um hotel boutique. É uma casa muito pequena e todos os ambientes pequenos, sendo que a recepção fica muito próxima dos quartos e por isso o barulho é muito grande e impossível dormir após as 6h.

Lovely small hotel

Lovely small hotel in a low-key neighborhood that's a short walk over the river from the bars of Bella Vista and a big hillside park with views and a zoo. Clean, modern room but also a warm, old-fashioned breakfast room. Pleasant people, well run place. Useful to speak a little Spanish but not 100% essential.

Excelente hotel.

O hotel é pequeno, bem intimista e acolhedor. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e cordiais, sempre dispostos a contribuir com sugestões para que a nossa estadia se tornasse ainda mais especial. Chegar no hotel após um longo dia de passeios e encontrar a área do café da manhã com café, chás e biscoitos disponíveis foi uma surpresa muito agradável. O café da manhã é simples mas muito gostoso, com direito inclusive a ovos mexidos, torta de limão e rocambole de doce de leite. Não tenho o que reclamar!

Wonderfully helpful staff in a quiet neighborhood

This was our first hotel on our way to hike the W trek in Patagonia. We had an overnight flight and were exhausted but the hotel let us check in early which was wonderful. (I emailed them before hand to let them know). We really liked the area. It was close to a cute Italian neighborhood with shops and restaurants and also not too far from an artsy district. We did a good bit of walking but we like that. The desk spoke English and helped us out with directions. We also arranged transportation to and from the airport with them during odd hours. They even helped me print out our boarding passes which saved us a lot of time. And they also made us sandwiches for breakfast since we had to leave at 5:30am for the airport. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly staff. The room was on the smaller side but we didn't mind. The hotel offers a free coffee/tea/snack service around 5pm which we really needed after our long flight. The door was great and its also a gated hotel which was nice. We really loved this little boutique hotel. My only complaint was that the floors were very squeaky as its an older building. I didn't mind the noise but I felt very self conscious that we were waking people us since we had to leave so early. But thats nothing anyone can do about. Would definitely recommend this hotel and its lovely staff for your stay in Santiago.

Gem of a place

Great area and easy to walk to most attractions. Also easy access to metro. Hosts were delightful and very helpful. Rooms lovely, building and grounds delightful. Would definitely recommend

Lovely welcome and very accommodating

We dashed in and out of this hotel. Too bad because it was lovely and we would have liked to hang out in the gorgeous dining/relaxing area. We came after midnight and the host was so kind to us. We had to leave early and he made sure breakfast was ready. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Lovely Hotel in Providencia

We enjoyed our stay at this nice little hotel. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The hotel is lovely and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I wish I could rate it a 5, but the water in our bathroom wasn't very hot. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Adorei! Tudo ótimo!

Adorei o hotel. Muito charmoso. O atendimento foi incrivel! Quando souberam que por conta do horario do voo sairiamos muito cedo, fizeram questao de preparar um café da manhã para nós. Pena que foi uma passagem rápida e não pudemos aproveitar mais o hotel. O único ponto a se observar é que não possuem elevador.

This place is a gem!

Comfortable, clean and welcoming. The true meaning of hospitality! Friendly staff who are genuinely interested in their clients. Beautifully maintained facility, high quality breakfast and snacks. Real feeling of being at home (or better than home). This hotel is perfect for you!

Fabulous hotel with amazing service

We stayed at the Quiral on the first night of our Honeymoon, before catching the bus through the Mountains to Mendoza. The hotel is in a lovely quiet neighborhood of Santiago, and we arrived to a lovely welcome from Ismael, who spoke perfect English, and directed us to a great nearby neighbourhood for lunch. We arrived back to a 'just married' sign on our door, and a bottle of fizz courtesy of the Hotel! Dana arranged a dinner reservation for us at an excellent sea food restaurant, and we enjoyed our Fizz sat in the lovely hotel garden before going out. Despite our early start the next day, the hotel arranged us coffee and breakfast, which rounded off a great, but short stay. Wish we could have stayed longer at this lovely little hotel! (PS - sorry I stole the key...)

Hotel para casal em rua arborizada

Funcionários extremamente cordiais e solícitos,extremamente limpo e muito bem decorado. A sua localização é excelente com ruas tranquilas, arborizadas e limpas, estações de metrô próximas. As observações que fazemos é para que verifiquem a oscilação da ducha do banheiro em relação a água quente e fria e também em relação a aceitação de crianças, pois este hotel não está apto para recebe-las. Nos hospedamos em duas ocasiões e nas duas haviam crianças.
