Had a great time here. The staff were amazing, incredibly kind and helpful, went above and beyond with a few extra requests we had. Room was very good, quiet, comfortable big bed and great shower. Great location lots of restaurants bars and shops within 10 minutes walk.

Stayed at the Park Palace Santiago—common areas were dated but comfortable enough. The rooftop pool was the highlight, perfect for unwinding with a great view. Unfortunately, the rooms felt very old and definitely need a serious update. Decent stay overall, but the place is showing its age.

Nice hotel in a good location. Lots of local shops and restaurants nearby and it felt safe. Metro is close by. The hotel does feel a little dated in the rooms but it has everything you need. The shower pressure was the best I've had in a long time ! The breakfast buffet was pretty good, especially the scrambled eggs.

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Supermarket and subway across the road were so convenient and lovely restaurants easily walkable in every direction. Comfy bed and decent shower made it even better. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

This was the return trip to this hotel, and staff delighted to see me as I also them! Was upgraded, and throughout the length of stay, treated with above expectation service, restaurant and lounge, also fantastic, not to forget a perfect location in the city Thank you everyone for the best experience with this hotel I will seek to return again
