Comfortable stay in budget hotel

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff was very helpful. Conversing in English was a bit of challenge but we make it work. However for a budget hotel it felt expensive. The restroom was really small! Even planes have bigger toilets.

I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel, after staying there for two weeks and being so nice to them - even getting pizza from the front desk staff (which the manager did not even thank me for)… All I got was harassment from them - horrible customer service! They treated me very disrespectfully and the security guard asked if my friends were from Venezuela and that they could not come in?? I am sorry but paying for a hotel one deserves good treatment - and not being HARRASED by the front desk staff or the security guard that is homophobic and discriminatory towards foreigners! UNACCEPTABLE - will never stay here again.

I arrived 30 minutes before check in time and was told to wait until 3:00pm although I was sure the room was ready. Could not program the air conditioning as it appears set to cold and not heat based on the time of year. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was not very warm. Room was clean and the amenities provided were appreciated.

Razoável, tivemos 4 dias de passeio, e não dos dada a informação que poderíamos solicitar o café da manhã mais cedo, para levar quando tivéssemos passeio. Quando nos avisaram não falaram que era até as 20 hrs. Pagamos por 4 diárias com café da manhã e só usamos 2 dois dias.

Passei calor. O ar condicionado somente funcionava na funcao inverno, ou seja, quente. Quando fui na recepacao perguntar como regulava para esfriar o ar, me informaram que por ser inverno o ar de todos os quartos nao funcionavam com a funcao de resfriar. Sendo que o quarto ficou quentissimo. Nao consegui dormir por duas diarias devido ao calor, pois mesmo estando no inverno, santiafo estava fazendo calor e o quarto quentissimo de voce ficar suado.

Poca disposición del personal para resolver inconvenientes de ingreso. Pidiendo entrar antes pagando la diferencia, pues hasta las 2 pm no sabían si disponían de habitación o no y estaba pidiendola desde las 7 am. El check in es a las 3 pm. Lo bueno fue de tanto esperar me permitieron hacer el check in a las 2:40

Acho que a proposta do ibis budget como diminuir custos so serve pro dono mesmo. A estadia foi cara praticamente o preço de outros hoteis com quartos maiores, camas maiores, cafe melhores. Muito caro.pro que se oferece. Me arrependi de não ter ficado no hotel que estava, na realidade so fiquei nele por conta do transfer como ia sair de madrugada fiquei com medo e como ele tem o serviço de transfer mesmo que pago a parte, achei mais viavel ir pra ele, mas me arrependi.

Quarto péssimo, extremamente apertado não conseguimos nem deixar a mala aberta pois não tinha espaço, banheiro pior ainda um pessoa de alta estatura não conseguirá sentar na bacia sanitária e fechar a porta de tão apertado que é. Não recomendo esse hotel
