I've been working in tourism for over 10 years (I had an agency, I'm a tour guide, and I currently work at a hotel), and I also travel as a tourist. I can confidently say that this place is fantastic! The immense care and personalized attention they dedicate to guests exceed any expectations about hospitality. Additionally, the beautiful location (everything is within walking distance in the city center, just a few blocks from La Moneda to the Central Market and Cerro Santa Lucía, two blocks from the subway, in a place that has been a backdrop for fashion magazines/influencer photos every single day) makes it even more special. The simple but delicious and complete breakfast, the attention to room maintenance and cleanliness, the partnership with a travel agency, and the tips on everything from buying phone sim cards to what to do in the city... Everything delighted us! However, what we loved most was the kindness and always warm and affectionate contact from Joana and Maria, which extends to their colleagues. Incredible! Thank you, girls! When I return to Chile, I'll be back, and I'll always recommend Voila Londres as my favorite home in Santiago!

Very helpful staff. Dated building. They keep entry door locked at all times and you have to ring the bell and wait every time. I understand it's a safety issue but hugely inconvenient.

Clean & good location

Nice location.breakfast was a no choice set menu delivered to the room. Our room wasn’t cleaned and the breakfast tray not picked up on our second day there.The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. A bit of loud music coming from the street on our first night.Hotel could do with a bit of maintenance. No lift so all baggage had to be carried up the stairs.

El hotel es muy bonito y las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables. Los únicos detalles es que la porción del desayuno es muy pequeña y que en la habitación se escuchan bastante los pasos de la habitación de arriba.

Hotel charmoso e muito agradável, funcionárias super atenciosas e simpáticas. A única coisa que poderia melhorar um pouco é o café da manhã, que tem pouca coisa. O ponto positivo do café é que servem no horário que vc agendar, para quem vai sair cedo para passeios pode tomar café antes, já ajuda bastante.

O hotel fica localizado em uma rua lindíssima! É um prédio antigo muito charmoso! FUJAM DESSE LOCAL

Difícil até começar a avaliação visto que foram inúmeros problemas nesse local. Meu primeiro problema surgiu na segurança, a porta do quarto era extremamente velha, tinha apenas uma chave que não trancava bem, tentei suporte mas a plataforma não fez nada. Outro ponto é que fui colocada num quarto no terceiro andar (haviam diversos vagos no segundo) e estava com duas malas de 23 kg, e o hotel não tem elevador, isso não é avisado em lugar algum e tenho fascite plantar, foi doloroso subir. O local não tem sequer um frigobar no quarto, para mim isso não é luxo, é básico. No anúncio diz que o hotel oferece água grátis, perguntei, não tinha. Não havia nenhum tipo de armário no quarto, apenas escrivaninha e dois cabides sem um local para guardar absolutamente nada, fiquei 6 dias no local, estávamos eu e minha namorada e ficamos com tudo jogado até o fim da viagem. O ar condicionado vazava, encheu o quarto de água, queimou meu carregador e poderia ter causado um curto elétrico, nada foi feito. Mesmo solicitando limpeza, não retiravam nem o lixo, irei anexar a foto de como ficou o banheiro, visto que só tem essa lixeira no quarto, e é minúscula. Acho que um dos piores pontos também é a grosseria e deboche de duas funcionárias, pedi gelo algumas vezes visto que o local não tem frigobar e riam de nós, descaradamente, além de que quando nos viam juntas ficavam cochichando, claramente homofobia. Farei uma denúncia formal pois paguei caro e espero que algo seja feito. Fujam desse local.

Charmoso com acolhimento especial

O hotel está localizado num dos bairros mais charmosos de Santiago. Como apreciamos muito ambientes com história este hotel foi especial nisso. A sensação é de um retorno ao tempo com tudo muito bem cuidado. Trata-se de um hotel com identidade é como se estivessemos na casa de uma antiga avó.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro histórico. A rua é linda e charmosa. As atendentes são prestativas e atenciosas. O café é servido no quarto à partir das 03:00 da madrugada, excelente para quem vai fazer passeios que saem bem cedo. A cama é confortável, as roupas de cama são extremamente limpas e cheirosas. O chuveiro é forte e quente.
