Stay away from this place. The staff is undertrained and unfriendly. Not sure what is their target, but this is NOT a boutique and friendly hotel. I had to book here because of the location ( which is very good ) . Booked three nights, left at the second, and will ask Expedia for a refund the third.

I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast that’s included is out of this world. It changes daily and the variety of foods is amazing! It’s clean, in a safe area, and around the corner from good places to eat. I recommend the Peruvian restaurant above Holitel.

La pieza que nos tocó tenía los interruptores in tapas y había hongos en el baño. Hice comentario por WhatsApp sin respuesta. El Hotel está bien para su categoría y volvería a ocuparlo.

Box perigosíssimo!!! Muito escorregadio. Tomar banho era muito perigoso . E parecia ser um quarto para quem possuia necessidades especiais,.pois tinha barras e banco. Mas o box era em um degrau alto, com piso de plástico, irregular e escorregava muito. Eu e meu marido quase caímos ! O hotel é muito bom, quarto ótimo, cama boa, recepção muito atenciosa e simpática. Café maravilhoso, com muitas opcoes ! Boa localização e estacionamento excelente! .

Excelente hotel

Excelente hotel, funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Fica a 20 minutos de caminhada da estação do metrô e do Shopping Costanera.

Ótimo custo benefício

Hotel localizado num bairro calmo, mas sem muitas opções do que fazer ao redor, a pé. O mercado mais próximo é sofrível. Tem estacionamento gratuito (mas avise se for precisar), o que é excelente para quem está de carro. O quarto é muito bom, muito confortável, tamanho ótimo, quentinho no inverno. Ficamos numa suíte com banheira de hidromassagem localizada numa área super silenciosa do hotel. Faltou só lugar para pendurar toalhas de banho para secar. O café da manhã foi apenas satisfatório. A comida não é muito saborosa, mas isso parece ser uma característica da culinária do Chile. Tem bastante variedade, dá para sair bem alimentado para caminhar pela cidade por horas. Recomendo o iogurte natural com frutas vermelhas, excelente. O horário do café da manhã é fixo, cada dia você escolhe que horas vai tomar café, e tem que descer nesse horário.

Acolhimento

Adorei a receptividade do pessoal, em especial do Antônio, sempre muito gentil e atencioso! Café da manhã muito bom, tinha de tudo um pouquinho, frutas, pães, bolos etc… quartos sempre limpos. É muito chegar no hotel depois de um dia cheio de passeios e encontrar o quarto limpinho e cheiroso. Ponto negativo:o lugar de tomar banho é fechado com cortina, o que achei bem ruim pois molhava muito o banheiro , a cortina não veda totalmente a saída de água então pra mim teria q ter um Box de vidro.
