Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Meine Reservierung lag angeblich nicht vor ebenso meine Bezahlung!? Nach30 Stunden Anreise blieb mir nichts anderes übrig als nochmals zu bezahlen. Morgens um 6:30 wurde ich aus dem Schlaf geklingelt um nochmals 9€ zu bezahlen, keine Ahnung wofür! Kommunikation war nur in Spanisch möglich das ich leider nicht beherrsche. Nach langer Anreise eine schlimme Erfahrung. Einzig die Hilfe der „guten Seele“ die offensichtlich für die sauberen Zimmer zuständig war verdanke ich ein Bett für die Nacht. Die Managerin zeigte null Interesse! Bitte an HOTEL COM die Zahlung zu prüfen. Die beiden Überweisungen kann als Kopie des Kontoauszugs senden. Danke. Werner
