Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. The metro is very very close and there are a lot of restaurants, stores, convenience stores nearby. If you like to walk, would recommend walking from the hotel to Costanera mall, the Providencia Avenue is full of live.

Very noisy building, looks like they had a remodelation in upper floors, no hot water in shower, other guests running and shouting in the middle of night in corridors without any staff asking them to be quiet

The reservation was for a couple, king size bed. But we were given a room with two single beds. The guy at reception was very kind and changed the room. But, the A/C remote control unit was missing, and the same guy gave us another unit, after 30 minutes. Quite disappointing these two issues

Great location but had a couple of inconveniences Bathroom fan didn’t work, ac didn’t work, no glasses provided and very small closet space with three hangers. The parking garage ramp is very steep, if you have a low vehicle it will hit the bottom several times on your way up and down the ramp. Parking must be validated every time you exit the lot. My stay wasn’t that long so I didn’t bring these up. However, we were taking a rest at about 4:30 pm when someone opened our door and walked in! It was housekeeping staff without knocking and after the room had already been cleaned. All in all the location and price are great if you don’t mind a few downsides.

Estupendo hotel, he alojado allí varias veces en los últimos años, excelente habitación con caja de seguridad y frigogar. Camas cómodas, notable calidad en ropa de cama, toallas y amenities. Se puede comer y cenar alli mismo o tomar unas copas Silencioso, lo que es impagable. El mejor de la zona sin duda

O Hotel é bom, muito limpo e organizado, café da manhã excelente. Dois pontos negativos: o chuveiro não esquenta muito, principalmente em horários de pico de banhos dos hóspedes, então tomamos alguns banhos frios. Segundo, fizemos a reserva de quarto com cama de casal, mas quando chegamos recebemos um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, e a atendente disse que não haveria como trocar porque não tinha outros quartos disponíveis. Mostrei que minha reserva estava feita com cama de casal, mas ela disse que não tinha como e fim de conversa.
