The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. But not told of local riots in adjacent streets. Other hotels advised guests to be careful. Riots were 1 block away.

We have been traveling for 2 weeks through Chile and this hotel is by far the BEST we have encountered! Service is outstanding and room is great....Good location as well..very safe area and close to attractions.

Amazing room, location and staff at Casanoble. We had a wonderful stay - the room and experience was all excellent and top notch. Would recommend strongly to anyone looking to really explore Santiago. Beyond the great accommodations - the location is SUPERB. You are walking distance from Bella Vista, Bella Listario neighbourhoods along with Central for more of the classic. Tons to do nearby as well.

I absolutely loved our stay at Cananoble Hotel. The staff were super friendly, gave us some great recommendations and really customized our stay. The room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom. Even with the riots going on outside, the property was quiet and felt secure.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel für 2 Nächte gebucht und waren mit unserem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll von der Inhaberin eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war OK, aber kein Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist auf jedenfall empfehlenswert!

Hotel stupendo, le foto delle camere per una volta non rendono pienamente giustizia alla bellezza e alla grandezza della camera. Bagno grande, luminoso e bellissimo. Letto comodo e dato che l’hotel è in una strada interna chiusa anche super silenzioso. Lo staff definirlo gentile è poco, sempre disponibili con consigli. Servizio te e tisane tutto il giorno a disposizione. Colazione buona con ampia scelta per chi ama il dolce, meno per il salato. Migliorabile il Wi-Fi un po’ lento. Posizione comodissima centrale e vicina al poco che offre Santiago.

What a fabulous find in the centre of Santiago!

Previous reports of noise but we didn't experience any. Comments about stairs and no lifts, there's one short flight only and it was not a problem. Staff offered to carry cases up on arrival (which was lovely). Room contemporary and everything you could need. You could make your own drinks, get fresh water, at any time in the breakfast room downstairs. Comfortable beds, good linen. TV and WiFi in the room. Air con and heating. Lovely spacious bathroom, clean, contemporary fittings, large walk in shower. Fresh towels, toiletries and loo roll all replenished daily. Breakfast was buffet style, fruit, cheese, meats, breadsmand a toaster, grill and mini oven supplied. Also fresh eggs cooked to order. Fresh brewed coffee, teas, juices, etc. All suited our needs perfectly. We were leaving early one day and the hotel prepared a packed breakfast for us. That's great service! All the staff were fabulous! Kind, considerate and extremely helpful. Helped with booking tours, finding restaurants, organising taxis, etc. and always with a smile (and great English!) Thanks for being so lovely! Location was fantastic very close to Santa Lucia, markets, Bellavista, Parque Forestal, Lastarria, etc. Restaurants and Bars - lots of great restaurants and bars close by, all walking distance or use MO bikes for very little money (a few pounds here and there for all day use). What more can I say! We loved it and can't thank Rocio and all her staff enough!

객실이 8개 밖에 없는 작은 호텔입니다. 그래도 산티아고의 비싼 물가를 감안한다면 나쁘지 않은 호텔이에요 주변에 식당도 많고, 치안도 비교적 안전한 지역입니다. 다만, 드나들때 현관문이 잠겨 있어서 매번 직원의 도움을 받아야 하는게 좀 좋지 않아요

Not Worth It At All

Did not enjoy my stay. There were so many issues here, but I'd say the top three were, 1.) Tiny room directly behind the front desk where I could hear every time the doorbell rang or the phone rang, which was a lot since every guest had to ring the doorbell to be let in. 2.) Couldn't adjust room temperature at all, had no control over the controls. 3.) Sad breakfast that was very unappetizing. These three plus waiting around for over 20 minutes just to get a bad espresso, power outages, low quality bathroom products, uncomfortably small shower, etc etc etc.
