Bom apartamento em local não tão bom assim.

O apartamento é muito bom, mas o prédio e o entorno estão bastante degradados. No prédio, há pisos faltando, muitas lâmpadas queimadas e pintura desgastada. Sinais de muito uso e pouquíssima manutenção.

Ótima localização e quarto bem amplo

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao Pátio Bellavista e a estação de metrô Baquedano. Tem muitos restaurantes próximos ao hotel. Carolina, funcionária responsável pela reserva, sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa. Foi minha segunda vez no hotel e continuo recomendando a todos.

Não para familias, mas para jovens

Veja, o lugar não é exatamente bom. São bares noturnos de jovens da universidade. Nenhum é familiar. As 5:00 da manhã, quando fomos pegar o taxi, havia uma grande movimentação em frente ao predio, com muitas pessoas alcolizadas. Segundo o motorista de taxi, a cerveja é barata por lá. O prédio é antigo, mas é adequado a jovens que querem curtir a vida noturna. Sem problema, mas não pense em levar sua familia lá. É estranho. Também é um apto antigo. Não lembra a foto. O atendimento foi bom, a pessoa que nos recepcionou foi bem simpatica e não tenho reclamações aqui. Para a familia, o melhor é o bairro Lastarria.

Excellent location but really just a crash pad

This location almost can’t be beat! Right near all the restaurants of Bellavista. Their service was also amazing and they have a 24 hour door man at the entrance of the apartments that are very nice and helpful. The room left a lot to be desired though and would give it a 2 (at the highest) for cleanliness. The bathroom was honestly gross and the shower & sink were both clogged and took a long time to drain, so standing in dirty water while you’re trying to get clean. The towels were stained, the TV did not work and the bed was not comfortable. Because of the location & service I’d give it a 3, but this property honesty should not be rented out as is and is not a “hotel”. Would not stay again.

Su ubicacion es perfecta. Muchos restaurantes y bares a los 50 mts el famoso Patio Bellavista. El apt pequeño pero suficiente para la visita, limpio y bien equipado con buenas camas y almohadas. La ubicacion muy buena, La atencion de la srta encargada de entregar el dept. muy buena. El apt parece un apt de estudiante pero full equipado. Las camas y almohadas muy comfortables. Lo que no me gusto fue que ciertas paredes y puertas un poco sucias, las toallas muy viejas y gastadas, hay ruido en la noche que te puede perturbar el sueño.

Trata-se de um apart em prédio residencial com serviços a desejar. Quartos bastante desgastados e com mal cheiro. Limpeza diária péssima. Não Obstante esses pontos negativos, o quarto é bastante grande com uma boa infra estrutura de geladeira, cook top, microondas e máquina de lavar e secar comunitária em local externo no prédio. Localização excelente. Precisam melhorar a manutenção dos quartos.

Localização Excelente!

O apartamento é grande e bem equipado! Você pode ir ao mercado e comprar mantimentos para fazer seu café da manhã. O apartamento tem calefação e em nenhum momento passamos frio mesmo com a temperatura lá fora estando a -3 graus. O apartamento tem aquecimento em todas as torneiras e o chuveiro é bem quente.

Great location, overall good place

The location is superb, it sits in the middle of where the action happens. It is close to a subway station, tons of restaurants and bars, parks, you name it. The apartment was comfy and spacious, equipped with all needed items. Bathroom seemed a bit unclean and had some stains in the tub that looked a bit nasty.
