Só o local é bom, mais nada.

A cama de casal é minúscula; o aquecedor da sala não funcionou, estava congelando o ambiente; o "café da manhã" é uma piada- colocam 4 pães de forma em saquinhos plásticos, deixam na geladeira com um pouco de leite e chamam isso de café da manhã. Pelo preço da diária, foi péssimo. O prédio é velho, e a água do chuveiro fica oscilando entre quente e fria durante o banho.

Great location & quiet at the same time

I am a regular guest at this place and it never lets me down. Nice staff, very cozy apartments, good location, car park and quiet area. Breakfast is basic but good.

Muy cómodo

El departamento es muy cómodo para ir en familia. Es amplio y cómodo, cercano al costanera center para ir caminando. El desayuno rico y abundante. Lo que le criticaria es que el televisor debería estar en el living comedor y no en la habitación o tener más de uno. La mesa del comedor es incómoda y los vidrios del balcón y terraza muy sucios. Pero la estancia fue muy buena, lo recomiendo y volvería.

Excelente local para ficar, as condições do quarto eram ótimas e só tenho uma única reclamação que é o aquecedor a gás pois ao tomar banho a água esquentava por 5 minutos e ficava gelada e precisa de mais 2 minutos para esquentar novamente. A localização também é excelente.

Everything OK. Breakfast is leaved on the fridge the afternoon before, so you have to serve it by your own. Apt. clean, without noise, good bed, flat lcd, cable and internet. Comfortable room. Nice small swimming pool on the terrace, with nice view.
