Not Pleased with experience we were assured that it was air cond, the expedia operator assures us that it was air cind. Unable to contact expedia for refund or change of apartment.. TV was not connected we had to ring everyday for access to TV and internet. Air fan was filthy, Iron board was crocked and iron was dangerous wires espoused, no stand for baggage. No shower holding rail for elderly or disable peoples. Toilet seat was loose.

Excelente! Cómodo y limpio. Creo que para hacer la estadía completa lo que le faltaría sería aire acondicionado porque no cuenta con uno y en verano en Santiago hace mucho calor.

Lugar muy comodo para estadia, la administración del lugar un poco desordenada, debido a que llegaron otras personas a mi habitacion estando Yo en ese momento dentro de ella, no logramos ocupar la piscina porque no estaba disponible y al momento de reservar nos dijieron que si lo estaba ☹️, pero dentro de todo,muy lindo y comodo

El lugar comodo pero sin internet! limpieza de loza malisimo, manchado y con grasa !!! No se comunicaron en ninguno de los 2 dias que estuvimos... Falta mantener bien el depto!

First, the check in desk is on the 10th floor of a different building. The room was two buildings away that required carrying luggage up a large flight of stairs. No towels, bath mats, hairdryer, etc. Return to other building to request. No cable for the entire stay. Return to other building to see about problem. No way to contact staff unless you have international service if you're from somewhere other than Chile. Pool is closed for the winter, but when open, closed on Mondays. It was 80 degrees (F) outside. Hotel staff speaks no English. Cleaning crew showed up to clean room before checkout time. Schlep luggage to other building, up to 10th floor to check out. Covered lots of ground here.

You get your first glimpse of what this property is like when you walk into the foyer and see the sofas which have severely split seats. The property is shabby and looks poorly cared for. Check was in tedious as you have to go through security in the foyer who want to see your passport and check your booking, then you have to go to the office on level 10 for more or less the same procedure and to get your key. They're not geared for foreign tourists so unless you speak good Spanish you will find it difficult. Our room was also shabby; walls and skirting boards needed a good clean and paint; the door to the toilet/bathroom had no latch, so could not be closed. The basin didn't have hot water. The bedding was of inadequate size for the bed. There was no air conditioning or toiletries, contrary to what the ad said. The TV was unworkable despite the written instructions provided.

The room and it's view was good. but the room wasn't very well cleaned and the kitchen didn't have many tools. they had a big knife but no cutting board and you could just cook one thing at a time. When we wrote to them on what's app (Which is where they told us to contact them) they didn't respond even though it appeared as read. when we the next day went to the reception, they told us that we should have told them earlier... Finally she told us that we would get a cutting board as latest the next morning, and we never got one.

Zuvor: Man sollte Spanisch können, wenn man diese Unterkunft bucht. Es hilft! Wir konnten leider nur Englisch und konnten leider nur sehr wenig mit der Dame im Büro kommunizieren. Ansonsten hat es uns dort schon gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und wir hätten jederzeit dort kochen können. Ist also auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Ungeschickt war, dass unser Flug bereits sehr früh ankam und wir leider erst um 15 Uhr einchecken konnten. Zumindest konnten wir aber unsere Koffer dort abstellen.

Excelente organização do local, quarto bem arrumado com aquecedor, tv, wifi, cozinha completa e tudo que se precisa para hospedagem. Não arrumam as camas diariamente e nem trocam as toalhas sem pedir pois se trata de apartamento e não hotel. Muito simpáticos e atenciosos em atender!! Ponto negativo e muito grave é que não tem ralo no banheiro e toda vez que tomavamos banho ficava aguaceira no chão sem ter para onde escoar, isso é um grande problema pois com a infiltração diária pode - se comprometer os banheiros!!

Overall I was very happy with the apartment...it was clean, safe and comfortable. Wifi didn't come with a password for the room (wifi source and code didn't exist). My room was facing Merced, which was a bit loud with the traffic & people. Could have used a fan in the room, it was very warm and AC isn't available.

No inicio da manhã do dia 26/06/2016 ao acordar, tomei falta dos meus documentos e cartões de credito e débito. Sem que houvesse sinal de arrombamento no apto, me dirigi à recepção para relatar o fato. Fui informado na portaria que o atendimento da recepção ,infelizmente, só funciona a partir das 09:00am. Em seguida, pedi para que a portaria entrasse em contato com a administração do apartamento. A Portaria informou que não tinha como entrar em contato com administração do apartamento, pois não tinham telefone para contactar o setor. . Quando finalmente o funcionário do apartamento chegou o mesmo informou que eu deveria pedir aos Porteiros para verificarem quem entrou no meu apartamento . Porém a única câmera do andar não esta funcionando , cheguei a questionar se ele como representante da empresa não deverias fazer esta solicitação. A única coisa que foi fui trocado de apartamento. Diante da negativa apartamento em ter as imagens do meu andar, se qualquer auxilio do apartamento , fui atrás de uma delegacia que também , não me derão apoio, fui roubado e não indico este apartamento para ninguém, pois eles não zelam pela segurança de seus hospedes . È VOCE PODE SER A PRÓXIMA VITIMA

A nossa estadia foi muito boa O apre hotel tem tudo o q precisamos. ..cozinha com utensílios(pq em santiago vc vai precisar..pq fazer todas as refeições na rua vai sair bem caro) A cama eh sensacional..chuveiro bem quente...e aquecedor no quarto..não tinha serviço de quarto..mas tb acho q não eh coisa tão útil. .já q pelo menos nos passamos a maior parte do dia conhecendo a cidade

Un DESASTRE! Llegamos y nos hicieron esperar casi 3 horas para darnos un depto en otro lugar x q el q habíamos pagado estaba ocupado. Acusaban a hoteles.com de la sobre venta. Pretendían que paguemos la noche en ese otro lugar nosotros q luego nos lo iban a "reintegrar" vergonzoso! El personal de la recepción increíblemente incompetente e indiferente a lo q estaba pasando. No solo con nosotros sino con otras 4 parejas en la misma situación. Sería muy largo contar lo pésimo q fueron todo el fin de semana. El depto sin nada .... Desastre!!!!!
