"This is the 5th time I have stayed at this property. I absolutely love it! They treat us like family. We arrived late and they gave us rooms on the 3rd floor. There’s no elevator and we are all retired with various health issues. They promptly got us 2 rooms on the 1st floor. The night before we checked out, we each received a gift basket of Dulces de Chiapas along with a thank you note. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, walkable to many restaurants and shopping."

"Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. El hotel es muy cómodo, acogedor y todo estaba muy limpio. La atención fue excelente en todo momento y el personal siempre fue muy amable. Solo tuvimos un pequeño detalle con el agua, ya que al principio no salía lo suficientemente caliente y en San Cristóbal, con el frío, sí se agradece muchísimo, pero lo reportamos y lo solucionaron. No está ubicado en el centro, pero está a unos 5 minutos en auto y es muy fácil tomar un taxi; a nosotros nos costaba aproximadamente $60 llegar al centro. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo genial. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia y sin duda fue una estancia muy agradable."
