The property was really nice and seemed newly renovated. We stayed in the rooms a street down from the main building of the hotel. Pool was clean, very walkable to nearby shops and the beach. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was yummy as well. Wish the towels were a little more updated.

A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed in the newly refurbished annex and it was wonderful. Great access to everything with lovely clean rooms. We were given the offer of ground or upper floor, we chose the latter and although there is no lift facility, it is not a bad climb to the top. The breakfasts were fabulous with a continental style buffet and then the offer of eggs, bacon, beans or pancakes. All of which were delightful. Our flight was an evening schedule but there is a baggage storage facility and the availability of a shower room, with hairdryer and towels to access beforehand. A true gem of a hotel. We will definitely be returning.

We love this hotel. We’ve been twice this year and already can’t wait to go back. It’s a little out the way but we enjoy the walk as Cala dor is beautiful. It’s a very small hotel but i absolutely love it. The staff, they make this hotel. They are all very welcoming and extremely friendly. 10/10!

Had a recent stay at this hotel and absolutely loved it. We were in the newly renovated area by the pool which was slightly away from the main hotel and the busy road. The room was clean and had everything we needed and was perfect for us. Breakfast at the hotel was great with plenty of fresh fruit, food and choice and the hotel staff were lovely throughout. Parking on the roads around was a little challenging but didn't have any issue getting a space, just had to have a look around, what this would be like in peak summer though, I don't know.

1. 근무하는 직원들이 너무너무 친절합니다. 2. 해변까지 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리이며 (5분) 파라솔을 대여해줍니다. (3유로) 3. 아침식사 식당이 청결하고 편안합니다. 4. 모기가 많습니다. 스페인 와서 2주만에 모기만 5마리 때려잡았는데 그만큼 건물은 오래 된 것 같아요. (방에 거미나 도마뱀도 놀러옵니다) 5. 수영장은 작고 별관에 있습니다. 이용하지 말고 해변을 가세요. 6. 주변에 큰 마트도 있고 식당도 모두 가까워요. 중요 : 엘레베이터가 없습니다. 멘붕. 가성비로 보세요.

Checked in late and had lovely lady greet me on reception. My room was in the new building which was outside and round the corner (1 minute walk). Room was clean, air conditioning worked. Mini fridge. I didn't think about putting water in my room so I had to go out to reception at 6am and was kindly greeted and purchased water for my room. Suggestions: add a full length mirror ( there is wall space) there is a mini fridge but no kettle so a small kettle would be nice.

This hotel is an absolute gem in Cala d’Or. Newly renovated, spotlessly clean and cosy. Close to the two beaches to choose from. Nice swimming pool located just at the corner of the main building. If you're looking for a more private and quite place I recommend Ses Puntetes.

Alle Mitarbeitenden super zuvorkommend. Alles sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Frühstück mega. Der Pool ist zu Fuss erreichbar - schaut aber nicht ganz so aus, wie beim ersten Foto auf Hotels.com suggeriert. Essmeile und Strände sind in wenigwn Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Such a lovely time staying here! The staff is incredibly nice, and super helpful. They had beach towels, the breakfast buffet was nice, great rooms! Easy walk right to all the restaurants & the 2 coves.

This is an excellent hotel for a very reasonable price I am shocked that this is only a 3 star resort. We stayed in the annex building which seems recently built and is very modern and clean. The pool area is very quiet to the point it almost feels private which is a pleasant change from the usual packed poolside. The hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful and even let us use the pool and store our luggage once we’d checked out as we had a late flight. The hotel was very close to the main strip but just far away enough as to not be bothered by the noise of the clubs. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and would definitely stay again.

I booked Ses Puntetes based on other reviews, and we were not disappointed. It is a small hotel, maybe less than 20 rooms and the staff are very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, and with such a small place they knew everyone who was staying there. Great location, a quiet street but less than 10 mins walk to the marine, 2 of the main beaches, and less than 5 mins to the main centre. Will definitely return.

This was a lovely spot and would stay again if visiting Mallorca. The staff was absolutely excellent, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was great. Quiet area, easy to find free parking, and walkable to coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, the beach, and a marina. Our room had a nice patio with a drying rack and a pool right outside. We were also able to use an iron, rent an umbrella for a very reasonable price for the week, and borrow beach towels. They also had a bar where we could buy bottles of water. It felt like they really thought of everything we'd need for a pleasant stay.
