O quarto não tinha cortinas black out! Acordamos antes das sete horas com sol direto no nosso quarto! Mas o pior foi no checkout que cobraram a garagem, fato que não estava mencionado na hora em que fiz a reserva! O hotel precisa uma renovada geral. Cama boa e chuveiro bom. O resto, deixou a desejar.

Foi muito agradável. Deu problema com a minha reserva pelo site, mas prontamente o recepcionista do hotel, como a atendente do hoteis.com rapidamente resolveram. São muito atenciosos e fazem de tudo para agradar. Super recomendo.

O hotel é simples mas tem uma maravilhosa localização para compras em Riviera. Apenas 1 quadra. O café é bom. Somente achei meio sujo os carpês dos corredores e a garagem não estar inclusa na diária. Mas são agradáveis. Foi uma ótima viagem.

Quarto muito bom e estrutura do hotel suficiente para um breve período de compras na Fronteira. Localização excepcional. No entanto, o banheiro do quarto deixou muito a desejar: visual desleixado, box descuidado e porta que não fechava sequer com chave. Falha grave do hotel.

Bom para viagens rápidas

A localização e o atendimento dos funcionários são os pontos altos do hotel. Pegamos os dias mais frio deste inverno e ficamos decepcionados com o aquecimento do chuveiro. O frigobar não é abastecido dia a dia.
