「The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. It was inconvenient for us to have to...

「Emerald Isle is currently under construction as of March 2026. There is only one active elevator which creates long wait times. The unit was good, bit many outlets were not working. Property management moved us to a new resort (Portofino Island), which was great. I will book there instead next time.」

「The property was clean, the condo was nice. The elevators were concerning, one had a plywood floor. The quiet beach area was nice, but conveniently located to lots of eateries and activities. 」

「The property was ok, we were notified of the painting and cable updates ahead of our visit. What was horrible about the stay was the beach front access that was advertised in the rental was closed and being worked on 24 hours a day. They had heavy equipment and a huge pipeline pumping sand up on the beach. During the night we were awakened because of the noise from the heavy equipment and banging of the pipeline. When we told the property manager, Southern Hospitality they said they had no idea...

「Great little place for a couple or small family. It has beach access within a minute from the door so thankfully not far to haul your gear. Check in was simple, all instructions were emailed prior to arrival.」

「Villas Capri #9. Upon arrival noticed bugs in the place. Shower grout, floor, liner disgusting and stained. Dust everywhere. Freezer door handle broken off at the bottom. Spent the first night cleaning the place. Cheapest Stained mattress was provided for our bed, very uncomfortable. Let it go and moved on with our vacation. Upon leaving, the freezer handle mind you that was already broken at the bottom finished breaking when cleaning out to leave. Southern Vacation Rentals...
