The hotel cancel our reservation without notice. We drove 800miles and when we arrived close to midnight the receptionist only said she canceled because she had other request and was not able to reach us. We had no cell service driving from Bariloche but was able to receive emails and whatsapp messages at times. No apology from her, refused to give her name and offer no solution.

Un hotel que debería ser casi dos estrellas

Voy a contar mi estadía de dos días. 8 y 9 de Noviembre 2024. Vi que estaba calificado como 4 estrellas y creo que llega a dos. Es un hotel grande que quedo en el tiempo. Ni bien llegue quise pagar con debito y no pude, el mercado pago les decía que yo ya había extraído el limite diario y no me lo tomaba. Raro que pase eso con una tarjeta de debito, como no tenia efectivo tuve que hacerlo con la de crédito. Había reservado una habitación con cama matrimonial y al entrar a la misma me encontré con dos camas chicas. La encargada accedió a cambiármela y así lo hizo. Dentro de la habitación las almohadas un 2 y el colchón -1. Te acostabas sobre los resortes. Improvise una almohada con una frazada. Un sobre de shampoo para dos y el desayuno incluido era las infusiones pero las medialunas y tostadas tenias qué abonarlas aparte. $800 cada medialuna y $1500 cuatro tostadas con dos dulces y una manteca. Tenes que pagarla en el momento porque sino te sale el encargado a buscar a la vereda, no te la cargan a la habitación. Para recalcar lo bueno: limpieza un 8 y la tele y el aire son nuevos. Y la ubicación es excelente porq esta en pleno centro. No tiene cochera. Se puede dejar el auto en la calle.

Regular la habitación en limpieza

La limpieza bastante mal. La primer habitación estaba muy sucia incluso dejaron un par de toallas en el baño sucias y dejaron un tapón femenino. Nos cambiaron la habitacion, pero la otra estaba más o menos. Dice deyayuno y habia que pagar aparte las medialunas. La recepcinista muy simpática y lo mismo el señor de la noche. El nos cambio la habitacion

El hotel fue vendido con estrellas y no tenía ni una estrella, escaso servicio desayuno, sin pileta, sin estacionamiento, sin servicio de cama y de habitación. Olor con la alfombra que tenía en la habitación y la alfombra del baño para después de la ducha era plástico duro viejo y doblada que al pisarla podías resbalarte por lo viejo del material. La atención de las empleados, gritaban entre ellas hablaban y criticaban a los que se hospedaban y ni siquiera te decían b dia. Me cobraron algo que no tenían en servicio y voy a hacer denuncia en defensa del consumidor por el mal servicio brindado y la mentira y fraude que me han cobrado

La ubicación está buena. El personal: algunos muy amables, otros ni te saludan. Colchones, almohadas y cubrecamas: un desastre!! El placard: roto. Ventana: no cerraba bien. Alfombras: sucias. Caja de seguridad: no indican cómo se puede usar. Baño: no tiene bidet, ni vasos, ni jabonera. Ofrecen café, pero mejor toma té, es más oscuro. A ese café le llamamos "jugo de paraguas". Las instalaciones están muy mal mantenidas.

Bien para un descanso en el camino

Buena propuesta para hacer noche hacia o desde viaje a San Martín o Bariloche. Está prolijo, limpio. Estacionamiento cerrado muy económico y seguro enfrente. Un buen sitio para cenar enfrente (Juana La Loca). Déficit: Faltó el control del aire acondicionado y en algunas de las habitaciones unas mantas adicionales. Mis hijas pasaron frío, aunque tampoco pidieron las frazadas o el control en recepción.
