Incredible stay Have never experienced customer service like it, everyone went out of their way to help, the team were exceptional. The room was perfect, extremely well cleaned every day, and the views were amazing too. We stayed for 4 nights and ate there for 3 of them as the food was so good. Marlena is a wonderful cook. We absolutely loved our stay, couldn't recommend more highly and can't wait to come back.

We loved it so much! The staff was incredible. We had a wine tour cancel last minute the night before and they organized an entire half day trip for us on a boat and a wine tasting! They also had a great breakfast and lunch to order by the pool. And as a bonus had two cute dogs on the property. It was also such an incredible price point for what it was. I booked the family suite and we had an entire patio to ourselves.

Nossa primeira viagem ao Douro. A equipe do hotel , muito atenciosa, nos enviou um roteiro completo e bem detalhado da regiao, que nos ajudou muito. Tivemos jantar uma noite no hotel, que foi a melhor refeicao do Douro. Cafe da manha com ingredientes frescos da propriedade.

Friendly hosts. Quiet area but thinner walls. You won’t hear traffic but maybe your neighbors. Easy parking. Good breakfast each morning. Was hoping for more of a true Quinta experience with an operating winery but this wasn’t it. Really odd window into the shower from the bedroom. Just had to mention it. Strange. Overall a nice stay.

We will forever remember the exceptional personal care we received from the top-notch staff, as well as the exquisite food hand-crafted in their wonderful kitchen (and often sourced from their garden). The property is small, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped amidst a small vineyard, yet close to town. Everything about it speaks of a commitment to quality.
