ポルトの市街地からは少しだけ歩くのですが、宿の探しやすさ、サービスの素晴らしさが最高でした。
わたしは事前チェックインの対応を忘れてしまったのですが、宿に着き連絡したらすぐチェックイン方法の連絡をくれました。
おかげで、携帯も私自身ももうへとへと限界だったのですが、ギリギリ繋ぎ止めることができました。本当に感謝です。
また、お風呂やトイレも毎日掃除が行き届いていて非常に綺麗でしたし、キッチンや洗濯機の完備も最高でした。コーヒーや紅茶も置いてくださってる気遣いも素敵です。
女1人、初めてのヨーロッパ一人旅で大変不安でしたが、本当にリラックスして過ごすことができました。

The place itself was much bigger than we anticipated, was clean and well stocked. The communication with our host was faultless. They sent detailed check in instructions including a video of where the property was. They were very accommodating and friendly. We would recommend to anyone 10/10"
