Rooms were very clean and housekeepers did a great job….
Front desk …. Natalia provided excellent service ….. making us Americano coffee…. for our European breakfast which was delicious….
One of the highlights of the overnight stay was the young woman who manned the front desk. She understood a fair amount of English, was very friendly, and demonstrated a clear desire to be as helpful to us as possible! The hotel offers a complimentary continental-style Italian breakfast in the dining room. Nothing fancy but the food is fresh and a welcome start to the day. Not much of interest to see in the local area but it is quiet and peaceful: a pleasant low-key experience if you're just passing through.
Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was your typical Italian fare with croissants and other pasties, meats and cheese. Enjoyed the made to order cappuccinos. Great location with many restaurants and cafe choices outside your front door. No elevator, but staff will help with carrying luggage up the stairs.
I stayed here myself but booked a larger room for the balcony and ended up with two balconies plus an incredible view from a window. I overlooked a garden and the sea on one side and a town piazza on the other. Through the window was a view of an old castle. Despite being over a piazza, it was never loud, and if I closed the doors and window, the room was impressively quiet and blocked out any sound completely. (I kept everything open all the time...it was gorgeous!) The room was clean and a small refrigerator was provided. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. The tv had cable (not smart) and I don't speak Italian, but it had a good music channel (Kiss Kiss-158 I think.) There was a nice choice for breakfast in a charming setting. The coffee was fantastic and Nele and Nichole were friendly and helpful, despite my lack of Italian. I would definitely stay here again. The public beach was a 10 minute walk, and the marina was 5 minutes. The train station was about a 9 minute walk (with luggage) and there was a bus stop even closer. Lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Clean, comfortable beds, in room coffee/tea, blow dryer, very nice breakfast.
My room had two widows with shutters and a balcony. Felt very Italian … lovely!
This was such a wonderful, unpretentious stay. You can't beat the ocean view. It's a short walk from the train station and there are plenty of restaurant/cafe options close by. Very walkable. Main beach is about 6 minutes away. There are also a few grocery stores close by. We hope to stay here again :)
Nice room in a quiet place near the cruise port. There is no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. That being said, the property is clean and nice and upstairs from the local square with restaurants.
The staff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, but dated-swollen bathroom door didn't open or shut properly and the entrance and stairs to the room were dirty and loud. The restaurant beside the hotel was wonderful. Parking was a couple of blocks over. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Staff were really nice and very helpful in organising a transfer for us, to the port in the next town, so we could catch our cruise.

Room was clean with a great view of the Mediterranean. The Desk Clerk treated us with the greatest of hospitality. We were here for 2 nights and enjoyed every minute. If I had a constructive comment to make I would suggest a plumber to go through the bathroom fixtures and update them.
Our room 204 had a beautiful view with a wonderful seabreeze. lots of restaurants and bakeries close by. It was clean with good water pressure in the shower. Staff were very nice
Personnel très avenant. Endroit propre et bel environnement. Immeuble date un peu mais va bien avec l'environnement.

Great staff, wonderful stay. The views of the Mediterranean Sea are nice. This is our 4th stay at hotel. Looking forward to our next oportunity to stay at hotel.
The staff was very friendly, and the room was decent. It had a nice amount of space, including a desk with chair, armor, luggage rack, extra chair, refrigerator, and tall ceilings. I believe there was a TV, which I didn’t use anyways. We stayed only one night on our drive up the coast.
I was lucky to find a free parking space right out front of the hotel, but FYI it is a little tight (as most spots are in Italy), even for small cars.
I was realistic about what to expect in the room since it’s not a 5-star hotel lol, but it’s good to know that outside the window was a lot of beautiful greenery between our room and the sea view, however that also means mosquitoes. Be prepared with bug repellent if you have it. Most Italian windows don’t have screens, including this hotel, but luckily we were able to keep our windows closed due to moderate temperatures in October.
I couldn’t figure out how to use the remote to turn on the air conditioner, so luckily the weather was mild. Also, although there are thick, stone walls, the doors do not keep out any hallway noise, and our neighbor could be heard very clearly in the hallway (although they should have been more considerate!). Luckily it wasn’t a problem because they moved on their way after a few minutes, and the hallway corridor is small, so guests really don’t have a reason to linger and chat for long.
There are many nice restaurants and even a grocery store within a quick walk outside the hotel.
Café da manhã pobre, pão dormido, praticamente sem frutas, pouca opção de frios, estes de baixa qualidade.
Cama ruim, pessimos travesseiros.
Banheiro com local de banho super pequeno.
