The hotel is secluded nicely tucked away from the noise. The staff was wonderful very friendly. Christian was a great host, ready to help us with anything we needed. We had the place to ourselves and loved it. The beach was just a few minutes away and it was also just for my wife and I. Beautiful, peaceful, and just amazing. We are definitely coming back for a longer stay

Relax in the middle of nature!

We spent 6 days here. It is a little family hotel of 4 rooms, located in the middle between Puerto Escondido and Mazunte. Excellent to take a rest out of the urban world and surrounded by nature. We were 2 couples in 2 cabañas: Tortuga & Delfin. Our experience was an “in-crescendo” and delightful one! It started with a tough and lonely road to arrive and ended with a feeling of being in a real oasis in the middle of a wild beach. We would love to have the chance to repeat it once again! PROS: Tracy & Curt, the owners, are delightful people who always try to make you feel good. Coffee ready to serve at 8 in the morning. Yulia, the polish Chef, was always there. No phone line available but Wi-Fi works pretty well. Rooms are basic but modern and comfortable. The beach, 600 feet away from the hotel, is splendid! No one but us was there! We really loved it! Curt gave us a big umbrella (he fixed it himself in the sand to ensure it against the wind), beach chairs and a large towel. He also brought us “Coconut locos” with rhum, making us a wonderful and pleasant stay at the beach! We enjoyed the swimming pool after the sun and the walks to both sides of the beach! Including the walks to Agua Blanca restaurants 1/2 mile away. CONS: Best to have a car with you to assure mobility. If you want the room to be made every day, you need to ask Tracy to assure it. Your bill will be charged with a 4% surplus if you pay with credit card.

We were made to feel welcome. at Ocean Oasis Hotel. The room was clean, everything worked well, especially the wifi. The pool was clean and the meals were terrific. Walking 25 minutes down the beach were a number of good restaurants. This is a terrific place to relax and wind down. The perfect antidote to the mega resort.
