Do not stay here! Not worth the money for this all-inclusive. The rooms are very outdated and have a mildew smell. Food at the dinner buffet is terrible. No flavor and the options leave you hungry. Our room had rust in the shower metal rails. The doors and paint were dirty. I felt like we were staying ...

We stay at this hotel when we visit Hualuco. The economic value for this place is great, very clean and simple. If if you’re looking for a place to stay with a good breakfast and I’ll let you decide because everybody else has different taste for lunch and dinner. This is a great place to stay.

We had a great room the Junior Plus it has an awesome balcony. The room was large, great fridge/frezzer, walk in shower with lots of hot water. The upper pool was out place quiet great service and the view of the bay was unbleivable.

Pros: Ocean front & Location 10/10 Rooms are big and balcony is big. Cons: Biggest issue water pressure TERRIBLE. Rooms are dated bathroom tiny. RECOMMENDATIONS to hotel. Add a mirror outside of the bathroom. Especially for women who need to get ready while husband is inside the bathroom.
