"The property is beautiful the rooms clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. If I have one negative is that a double room with a sofa bed is for 3 people we had to pay extra for two kids and that was because they “made an exception “ how are families with three kids supposed to stay when the rooms are already pricey. Other than that it was great"

"The room has a sea view as promised, A/C was great (except two <30 minute power outages). Bed was comfortable. You can walk to playa arrocito but be warned, it is down a lot of stairs. The hotel also has many stairs and no elevator. If you have any mobility issues be sure to ask to be on the same level as the lower parking lot. It is 85-100 pesos to taxi to la crucecita, 200 to la entrega (where all coral is dead :( ). Hotel was quiet at night. Don't miss the little palapa with two chairs past the infinity pool toward the rocky beach, it was so serene, a coati and I even startled one another."

"Todo muy bien nomás un pequeño comentario de que después de hacer check in del front desk el personal te pasa con un promotor de ventas de paquetes de hoteles que es un poco in y por qué no te sueltan y eso hace que te pongan un poco incómodo por pena a no decir que no no no"

"El hotel es muy bonito, la comida estaba muy bien, los shows cada noche muy lindos, todo muy limpio. Muy atentos en la recepción. Lo único que muchos del personal que atendían las mesas cuando se tenían que ordenar las hamburguesas o algunas otras comidas que se tienen que ordenar desde su mesa, los meseros no eran muy atentos a eso y solo entre ellos platicaban y no atendían las mesas y nosotros esperando a ver a qué hora nos atendían y la cara que ponían era de pocos amigos al atender las mesas… pero de ahí en todo muy buen hotel"
