"Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. "Nice staff but had items for sale and no change. Advertised as bed and breakfast but minimal items. Run down. Minimal restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Nice concept for the hotel if was fixed. Put me in a room by road with alot of traffic. Very loud all night. Staff was kind enough to allow me to check in early. Gym pool tables and ping pong tables showing their age. Pool cloudy. Often times hard to locate staff."

"Arrived in my room and there was no toilet paper, shower gel , and the towels were stained. I called to get toilet paper 2 times and waited 45 min and no one came. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager and told him about the situation . I waited 45 more minutes and no toilet paper or shower gel. Called the third time and the toilet paper arrived and no shower gel. Very poor or really no management at this hotel."

"The food was very, very good. There were a lot of cool spots where I could just work and use my laptop, and the internet was excellent. The manager came by to check on me, and I found that to be very top-notch customer service, but the staff was good all the way around. The layout, the cleanliness, and the swimming pool were very clean. Everything was fantastic."

"We had a wonderful stay at Pandora's Nest! The complimentary amenities were a lovely touch - eggs, rice, water, snacks, and chocolate for the kids made us feel right at home. Everything was easily accessible, and I enjoyed my morning coffee without having to step out. The instant coffee and water boiler kettle were great perks. Communication with the host was excellent, and they even helped us find a parking spot for a minimal fee and hooked us up easily with WIFI! We explored the area and found some great affordable restaurants, like the SM food court, which was just a less than 5-minute drive away. We also did some grocery shopping at Alfa Mart, which was conveniently located near the building. The kids had a blast at the playground in the nearby park, and we enjoyed the night market, which was lively and fun. The location was great, with easy access to CCF via jeepney, and electric cart rides available if needed. The warm water shower was a treat, and the place smelled great! Mr. Jack set the bar high - the place we next booked, didn't quite match up."

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a really pleasant stay. Breakfast was easily the highlight, with top notch traditional Filipino dishes that felt fresh, flavorful, and worth waking up for. The room and common areas were well kept, and everything felt comfortable throughout the stay. The only downside was the WiFi, which was pretty unreliable at times. Overall, a great stay with excellent food and comfort, but the internet could definitely use improvement."
