"The property was beautiful and well-kept. The front desk & valet help were wonderful. Great location, walking distance to everything. One thing that was disconcerting was the continuous music coming from the pool area. A little music is fine; all day though was too much. Overall, loved my stay! "

"Excellent hotel. Great location - short walk along the beach to downtown. Brilliant pools and hot top. We had balcony sea view. Really nice to sit out at night and look up at the stars. The only feedback I would give the hotel concerns breakfast. It could be more varied - sausage and egg everyday for a four day stay is a bit much. Otherwise, excellent hotel. Would stay again and would recommend."

"The customer service was exceptional! Check in was a good experience and the young lady allowed me to check in a little earlier, which I appreciated so much. The room was gorgeous, clean, spacious and comfortable. The balcony was cute and it added a great touch to the experience of being in this hotel. I will absolutely stay here again- no doubt! "

"A 100-yr-old hotel with character and revolving door. Our room was facing the beautiful hills. There was a refrigerator but NOT a microwave. Our room was facing the nosey BROADWAY street so next time we'll request a room on the other side. In my opinion the carpet in the room needs to be replaced with something other than carpet but, again, that's my opinion. Something VERY IMPORTANT: A block away from the hotel we found "The Garden Mediterranean Restaurant" with the MOST AMAZING FOOD. We will stay there again. "
