O ar condicionado fica no mínimo para economizar e os clientes que escolheram o hotel por oferecer ar condicionado que fiquem no calor. O atendente ainda nos deu um ventilador, mas não foi suficiente para o tamanho do quarto. Pior noite que tive em Portugal

Atendimento ao Balcão muito bom. A limpeza do quarto podia ser melhor, o minibar esta mesmo muito sujo. O jacúzi estava avariado, e a agua da piscina interna devia estar mais quente, pequeno almoço estava ótimo

Lamento a avaria no jakussi e o fato de se ter que trocar as toalhas na recepção, o que implicava estarmos molhados e pedir novas toalhas para tomarmos banho. Pequeno fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Não entendo como um hotel de 4 estrelas faz preços especiais a empresas de construção civil, colocando os operatórios já fardados a tomar o pequeno almoço juntos com os outros hóspedes. Não se trata de preconceito, mas assim não parece estarmos hospedados num hotel de 4 estrelas , mas sim na pensão estrela

Estadia 5*, funcionarios desde recepção, limpeza, e zona de pequeno almoço muito simpaticos. Penso que a decoração dos quartos precisa de uma modernização, mas mesmo sendo como são, estão muito confortaveis

As camas têm 1,80m, no vosso anúncio dizia king size, os quarto para família são pequenos, a casa de banho deteriorada, ar condicionado fraco, lençóis, colchas e cortinados rotos. Piscina detriorada. Local com muitos mosquitos, janelas sem rede mosquiteira. Não existe local para pendurar toalhas e fatos de banho a secar.... Hotel com 4 estrelas, já estive em hotéis com 2 estrelas, bem melhores.

Le séjour était convenable. Les chambres sont un peux vieillot mais les salles de bains sont impeccables. Le petit déjeuner est décevant avec une nourriture industrielle. Lait en poudre, salade de fruit en boîte, jus d’orange chimique...etc.

Estadia muito agradável

Hotel muito agradável, pessoal simpático e disponível, bom pequeno almoço, excelente piscina, sauna, ginásio e court de ténis, tudo em muito boas condições. Apenas o colchão não muito confortável e a localização um pouco afastada das deslocações pretendidas. Apenas um restaurante junto ao hotel, mas caro.

Cumple con las expectativas

Nosotros, como otros muchos, hemos aprovechado este puente para ir a Perlim, y este es un buen hotel cercano para dormir y desayunar (sólo nos quedamos una noche). No hemos utilizado ni la piscina, ni ningún otro servicio por lo que no puedo opinar sobre ello. La habitación correcta, limpia, amplia... lo dicho, cumple con lo que se espera. El desayuno completo y el personal muy atento y amable.

Water wasn’t working in the room for a few hours - after walking in the rain for 6 hours this wasn’t ideal - jacuzzi had hair like balls of it floating around and would not go above 36 which is pretty luke warm - comfortable for a pilgrim used to a bunk bed but not a 4 star hotel!
