We liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the view is nice of the bay. My only compliant is when I went to order a tea at the bar to take up to our room - they insisted to bring it up as room service and charge me a lot for room service, which was ridiculous. Most hotels would let you purchase a coffee or drink and bring it up to your room. It is a great place to start your walk to Portofino and it has lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Отель хороший, через дорогу бесплатный пляж (на reception дают бесплатные полотенца). Номер убирали исправно, полотенца меняли по два раза на дню. В номере в одной комнате была кровать, а в другой раскладной диван. Каждое утро его кто-то собирал, а к ночи его кто-то расстилал...завтраки на 4, что соответствует итальянской звездности отеля. На WiFi жаловались, но меня это не волновало т.к. сразу купила итальянский симку.

The staff was great. The facility was weird up and down within a room BUT they are closing on Oct 1 for a roltql renovation so when it reopens it should be FANTASTIC

This hotel is in the best location to go to the fiat free back street where you walk among the restaurants and shops and watch the children play. It’s also is right across the street from the boardwalk park and definitely right across from the beach, rocky beach but people like it. The Lido Palace has an excellent staff who help with everything. The breakfast is good with more great staff. Check in and out was easy. We loved our stay in this beautiful town. You can’t go wrong staying here. We had the Jr. Suite and it was large with a great view.

HUGE breakfast buffet included! Staff went above and beyond to help even without being asked. Very clean, a/c worked great in the room, comfy bed, etc etc. Fridge in room with beverages. Excellent location. Definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic location, room was spacious, exceptionally clean and with incredible sea view. One of the best views in Santa Margherita. Very kind and gentle service from the staff, they solved everything for us.

Lo mejor del Hotel es la ubicación justo enfrente de la playa. Hay aparcamiento justo delante por 2,50 la hora. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas en las inmediaciones Todas las habitaciones van con desayuno incluido que no está mal, bastante variado y completo El Hotel en si y las habitaciones están bastante anticuadas aunque son muy amplias (Deben de ser de los 70-80). En general creo que es un poquito caro para lo que ofrece pero no estuvo mal m. La cama es ancha y cómoda. La habitación con vistas al mar valía la pena

The only good thing here is location. The hotel room size is big but inconvenient and lacks essential furniture and accessories. Beach access is not granted with the hotel. You may use public beaches or pay for private venues. The breakfast was dry and lacked options. No value for money.

Bra hotell nära till många restauranger och en bra strand. Prisvärt ställe med tanke på läget och närheten till stranden. Rummen är av den äldre modellen men bra städade. Frukosten smakade bra och det mesta fanns att välja bland.

Amazing

For et fantastisk hotell. Utsikt til vann, eget soverom og fantastisk frokost. Det eneste jeg ønsker er en overmadrass på senga da man godt kjenner fjærene under. Ellers har jeg bare flotte ord å si. Bor gjerne her igjen, igjen og igjen.

Great!!

We had a wonderful stay! It is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in some time. Not only is the city beautiful, but the hotel was incredibly comfortable, with an unbeatable location, very kind and friendly staff, and large, spacious and clean rooms. We were always supplied with fresh towels to take to the beach, and even surprise fresh towels in our room mid afternoon when we had been out all day. The breakfast was also spectacular. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I hope to be able to come back and stay in the near future!
