「Staff needs to be more attentive and friendly. And the horse riding tours need to be more organized. When you arrive to the property to check in, someone should take you to your cabin, and show you the grounds. You are left to fend for yourself and figure it out on your own. They need thicker blankets because it gets cold in the cabin or the option of a portable heater should be put in each room. Our tv wasn’t working and we asked for extra blankets and no one showed up, it was raining so maybe...
