"Great hotel in the centre of Pisa. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room very clean. We stayed in a quadruple room which was very spacious & bathroom had 2 sink & mirror areas which were separated by a wall which made drying hair much easier as no steam from shower if you bring your own hairdryer. Otherwise, hairdryer is in main bathroom. Ladies don’t forget to bring hair conditioner as with most hotels these days, only shampoo & shower gel provided. Breakfast great. Hotel very close to lots of restaurants & an 8 min stroll to leaning tower of Pisa, & a 20 min walk from railway station. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel was within walking distance from the train station. The reception desk was very helpful with information. There was a large luggage room to drop off cases, which allowed us to explore Pisa further after check out time."

"Our stay at Castelfalfi was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the property’s breathtaking beauty was immediately evident. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills from the Olivo Restaurant and the spa pools are absolutely unparalleled – it’s a scene straight out of a dream. I had the privilege of proposing to my girlfriend here, and it was truly magical. The setting was perfect, and the staff made it even more special. Benjamin, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. His hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. We indulged in a wine tasting, which was an incredible experience. The tour of the facilities was informative, and we even had the opportunity to taste some of their finest wines in their beautiful underground cellar. Every glass was a testament to the quality and care they put into their production. Dinner at the property was equally impressive. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It was a highlight of our trip. During our stay, we also had the chance to explore the charming town nearby, where we enjoyed coffee, gelato, and pizza while soaking in the stunning views. The spa experience was a major highlight. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the spa’s serene atmosphere was the perfect complement to the natural beauty surrounding us.
