Staff were very nice. Beautiful location and gorgeous property. I didn’t like the fact that animals were in captivity. The whole experience was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating the room was beautiful and spacious the grounds were beautiful and the food was excellent! Bonus was the howler monkeys off my balcony and a sloth on the grounds
