「The hotel is very accesible and close to El Poblado area (around 5mins drive). The room is nice and equipped with Alexa system. The hotel is very clean and has friendly staff. Is safe to walk around the neighborhood, there is plenty of good restaurants and coffee places.」

My only issue was the room I booked had a jacuzzi that didnt work ...which was the whole point of booking that suite ... other than that everything was great. Clean room, great staff and service, amazing massages 💆‍♂️. Amalia was wonderful I swear she had four hands on me at one point lol.」
