「After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. The owner was not on site, so I ended up having to share the room with my friend instead of...

「This hotle is fantastic lovely people that work here Very helpful with booking tours ect . To rooms are so fantastic, comfortable bed can’t get any better and good breakfast.」

「Excellent location, clean, friendly, and great breakfast. Highly recommend. Only caveat- the outdoor area on the water shown in photos is actually a couple blocks from the rest of the hotel. Not a big deal, but I was surprised. 」

「Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room. Pretty balcony. Great location. Excellent shared kitchen with great view of harbor. Could get a little street noise on street side rooms, but not bad and not late at night. Stayed on both sides of hotel, while seaside had lovely view, I actually preferred the street side. Seaside has almost a "shared" balcony with just a divider, and had trouble regulating water temp in shower due to solar powered heater.」

「La Casa del lago est un établissement charmant, où l'accueil est de grande qualité. Elena est presente et tres serviable. Les chambres sont belles, decorées avec goût et confortables. 「Perfect location just a 5 minute walk to the dock. The staff were really helpful, sent an email with instructions on how to get to the hotel frombthe airport and arranged my taxi back to the Baltra ferry for an early flight.」
