「Great hotel adjacent to downtown area of puerto Ayora. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Pool area was great and helpful for the kids to play (note there is no beach in town, it’s outside of town). Poolside bar was a nice touch as well. Had bikes to loan and a kayak for the lagoon it sits on. We loved this place.」

「It was the best hotel on our island hopping trip to the galapagos. It really deserves the four stars! Our room was impeccable, complete and comfortable breakfast, they have a lounge in the restaurant Bahia Mar that’s not open everyday, it was the only disappointment since there is no service at the lounge, we ended up having dinner at the restaurant beside.」
