「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「Leuk hotelletje, prachtig plekje nabij Ibiza stad. Rustige omgeving wel hobbelige weg er naar toe maar dat is niet een reden om niet te boeken. Wel aanbeveling met auto, uiteraard een taxi kan ook maar het is dan wel afgelegen en ben je afhankelijk van een taxi. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en zie je op het krijtbord staan. 「Lovely hotel that has been style immaculately. The rooms were clean and spacious with great amenities. We enjoyed both pools but particularly the rooftop area which came with an infinity pool and sensational views. Our main gripe was the service around the pool and during breakfast.
