Calidad precio aceptable, y merece la pena por ubicacion, parking, servicios....pero bastante mediocre. Falta de comunicacion entre los trabajadores, buffet con muy poca variedad... Para alojarte alli y ver la isla aceptable pero no es para pasar demasiado tiempo en el hotel.

The image given online is absolutely false its dirty and falling apart and just loud and feels like a butlins resort the food is awful and I booked through expedia so I couldn't cancel as soon as I got there I regretted it if you are looking for basic all inclusive no frills perhaps however this is just really misleading advertising and for the price I really regret it and wish I could get my money back and go back to where Iwas befre-outsite is an amazing simple clean quiet hotel and exceeded my expectations this was just a horrible experience and if you bookit I advise do not book the non refundable option as I feel many will regret unless yourexpectations are already quite low- very dissapointing however the staff were really nice- not the kitchen staff

Struttura carina, pecca di pulizia. Con una pezza puliscono tutto e questo basta per capire il livello di pulizia. Alla mensa sono scortesi. Gli asciugamani per la piscina devi farteli durare una settimana altrimenti si pagano. In 7 giorni hanno rifatto la stanza solo 3 volte. Di sera quando torni da una passeggiata in centro trovi il Viale buio perché le luci sono spente e devi farti luce con un cellulare o una torcia. Inoltre all’arrivo nessuno ci ha accompagnato in stanza e non è stato facile trovare la nostra. Alla reception invece c’è molta educazione e cortesia.

Déception...les photos nous ont vendu du rêve et arrivés sur place, rien était pareil. L'état général est vraiment moyen. Ressemble à un camping en dur. La piscine, plus de serviettes propre, eau sale...Le réfectoire car on ne peut pas l'appeler autrement. Nourriture en quantité mais pas de qualité. La chambre était correcte, salle de bain simple. Point positif: climatisation dans la chambre. Se situe dans une rue très fréquentée, pas de parking privatif. Il faut tourner pour trouver une place. Présence du Hippie Market le mercredi et vendredi, plutôt sympa mais bruyant. Ça pourrait être un bel endroit mais manque cruellement d'entretien.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL! We unfortunately booked this place for our honeymoon. We arrived to the hotel at night after flying. The hotel had no running water with other customers complaining about having not having water for HOURS. We had to wheel our luggage’s down unclear roads with no lighting to try and even find our room. When we told the front desk that we were going to leave to switch hotels, he immediately apologized offering to tell Expedia that we should be refunded because he couldn’t do it on his end. When we left to go to our new hotel, we got on 3 way with this hotel and Expedia- the front desk lied saying the water works fine and we were lying. Expedia also did not back us up even though we have videos of no running water. We ended up staying at the Grand Pavilion and had an amazing rest of our trip! Never was refunded for this crappy hotel!!!!!!!

La struttura si mostra in un contesto di campeggio senza però tralasciare il contesto di hotel, il servizio manca un punto per essere eccellente consiglierei al hotel di in primis cambio asciugamani che avviene troppo tardivo e poi di mettere degli appositi posacenere al di fuori della camera. Per il resto consiglio per molte qualità in primis il servizio e poi il servizio ristorazione sia a pranzo e a cena e nei momenti pomeridiani personale al quanto preparato e gentile, ho er la pulizia delle camere un bel 5 anche che si sa ci troviamo in un interno di un parco naturale ed è normale trovare ragni ecc non va data colpa hotel , leggendo le recensioni precedenti di altri persone che per carità ogni uno può esprimere ciò che vuole però avvolte va visto il contesto in cuoi ci troviamo prima di giudicare o fare ,però posso dire che ciò che chiedono e ciò che vi viene offerto è al quanto onesto ,e oltre a quelle cose che possono essere diciamo no di negatività ma di consiglio alla struttura faccio i complimenti a chi gestisce tutto ciò perché capisco che non sia facile ma almeno al relax all accoglienza e al mangiare e alla pace stessa del posto vi faccio i miei complimenti spero di tornare al più presto da voi …

Our stay at Cala Martina was lovely, for what we paid we didn’t expect 5* and I think that’s what people expect sometimes! Our room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely garden area with 2 sun loungers and a table with chairs, the bed was made everyday apart from when the hippy market was on. The only niggle we had about our room was that the hot water tank was buzzing all night and was pretty annoying but that was our only complaint with the room, it had everything we needed for our stay! We arrived during the day and struggled to find our room as the complex is huge haha! So if you arrive at night it will probably be a struggle to find your room but I’m sure someone would help all the staff were friendly. The pool didn’t open until 10am which we thought was really strange, we’ve never experienced having to wait for the pool to open! Would be better if it opened earlier. There was plenty of sunbeds, beautiful view, the pool was very warm but it’s not the hotels fault, just due to the very hot weather! Food was ok, we weren’t expecting 5*, it was average and did us for our stay but we like to eat out on an evening anyway so just had breakfast and used the pool snack bar. Breakfast was quite repetitive but had ok choice, they didn’t do croissants for our last couple of days so limited you to just cooked breakfast which was a shame, and the milk for cereal was warm so didn’t really want to have cereal! Séjour non conforme à la réservation…

Le séjour aurait pu beaucoup mieux se passer.. Dés notre arrivé nous avons eu la surprise d’être sous classé dans des chambres qui ne sont pas identifiés sur le site ( je pense se sont des chambres pour le personnel à la base bâtiment a coté de l’acceuil) Les chambres étaient mal odorantes, chasse d’eau cassée, évier bouché et j’en passe. Le personnel et manager n’ont pas su répondre à nos besoins, nous avons attendu plus de 5H pour changer de chambre, chambre qui était prête car juste en face de la premiere. Il a fallu que nous contactions Hotel.com afin qu’il contact l’hotel, nous avons pu alors avoir une chambre qui au final n’était ni plus ni moins la chambre que j’avais réservé. Certains membres du personnel ne sont vraiment pas professionnel!! Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

I was afraid before our arrival because there has been more then a few bad reviews. Though I will admit at first I was too impressed, we did overall enjoy our stay here. Our room was located near the tennis court area and was quite large and clean. It was just a short walk up to the pool which we spent a lot of time hanging around and enjoying the lunch menu and ice-creams for all-inclusive. There is a lot of seating area around the pool and the staff were always very friendly. They did offer some play time for kids and aqua fitness sometimes. The main restaurant we only had breakfast at once which I would say was good. Though we did have most of our dinners here which always had a large assortment of choices and desserts. Overall I would stay it was good enough. Every Wednesday the hotel host the Hippie Market which offers a huge range of items to buy. The only downside is for actual guest it’s a nightmare to walk around. It was very annoying to weave through the crowd to get to pool and have lunch. The hotel is not on the beach or have water access but does have a place on the beach (Cala Martina) which is around the corner 6-10min walk max that offers some food and drinks with all-inclusive. The hotel is also close to the Es Canar Ferry which you can take to different beaches and into Ibiza Town. This hotel location though is not close to Ibiza town or any clubs. Cost us roughly €40 for a cab from the airport.

The room was good size for family but was quite noise as was nearby the pool where the entertaining goes through the night. We asked a few times to change as we Gita a baby but didn’t happened. Also they said was free parking on the website but actually we need to pay for it.
